Jan at Ambience Surrey was fantastic throughout our wedding planning and for our wedding. It was clear she had an eye for detail and passion in her work to strive to meet our ideas and hopes.

We had no idea what to expect and all processes were really supportive in the wedding planning. There were meetings to get to know us, understand our hopes and visions for the feel and themes for our wedding. What we like and hoped to include and Jan’s expertise of bringing it together so that it was cohesive.

Jan also met us for a walk through at the venue which was really helpful. This enabled her to see how the design concept would look in reality and she also suggested ideas for areas of the venue that we had not thought of.

The cost was reasonable and it was really great that we were kept informed every step of the way and things were updated as changes were made. Jan was reassuring from the start that the design concept are ideas and things can be swapped or considered if needed for people’s budgets.

We did not realise when we first reached out to Jan that setting up on the day and post wedding was part of the service. She is so organized we really did not have to worry about this at all and knew we could fully trust Jan to deliver what we had planned.

We cannot thank Jan enough for being part of making our wedding the most magical one. The decor throughout the venue and wedding breakfast room was spot on for our brief of colour schemes and needing to be romantic and whimsical. Often people say “your guests won’t remember their table setting”, well, on this occasion our guests really did notice all the detail and commented on how amazing it was! The design concept was really beautiful in itself and I could not believe that on the day of the wedding it was elevated to another level and was even more stunning than we could have hoped for. We chose Ambience Surrey for our wedding in September. Jan the stylist was very professional, friendly and super efficient. She was very patient and very thorough with recommending style choices for our venue. Jan deal with queries any time of the day. On the day of our wedding Jan and her team decorated our marquee to a very high standard for the reception. Our guests were very impressed with the styling choice. I would 100% be recommending Ambience Surrey to our any of our friends and family planning a wedding in the near future.
