How do you work?

You let us know your vision, we come back with options and a quote. Then we discuss plans in detail! Once you're booked in, we'll keep in touch until the big day, when we will take care of everything!

Operating hours:

We're open 24/7 so it's always a good time to get in touch!

What are the forms of payment?

We ask for a £50 refundable deposit to confirm your booking. We offer monthly payment plans, interest-free. Alternatively, you have until a month before your wedding to pay your bill in full

Such a wonderful supplier

We made quite a last minute request with Amelia Events because I wasn't quite happy with the candlesticks we had. They were amazing and so responsive, went above and beyond; and the candlesticks looked amazing on the day!

Amelia events hire them!

Amelia events… where do I begin?! You were stuck in traffic but my god did you get the tables laid quickly and they looked STUNNING. Can’t recommend you guys enough and here are some photos of our amazing tables!

Incredible Work and Incredible People!

What an absolute joy it was to work with Kate, Jill and Will from Amelia’s Events! Three incredible kind, wonderful people and commensurate professionals. We got married last weekend and Kate, Jill and Amelia had put together an incredibly gorgeous mandap for us, along with decorations for the reception in the barn. The attention to detail and design was spectacular and they were so kind and flexible with any last minute things we needed. I cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend them enough! They truly made our wedding so ethereal and effortless. Thank you again!

So happy with the service for our wedding day!

Amelia events did all of our stationary for our wedding last Saturday as well as supplying us with an audio guest book and doing our seating plan and signage for the day, and all I can say is beautiful!!

It was exactly what we wished for and all matched our scheme perfectly. The service was great. The audio guest book was so popular with our guests, we are so glad we got one!!

So easy and so fun

Kate is amazing, she’s so creative and absolutely smashed the brief. She created so much of our wedding stationary and could not fault any of it. She was just amazing!

Top quality and tastefully presented

We used Amelia Events hire for my daughters wedding and they exceeded on our expectations. As well as a friendly service, everything they provided was top quality and tastefully presented. Amazing! Definitely recommend

We hired Amelia Events for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. The bespoke signage and rustic light up love letters added a personal touch to our special day and the champagne tower was a showstopper! We also loved the garden games which were a hit with our little guests. Thank you Kate for creating an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.

Highly recommend!!

I would definitely recommend Amelia Events! We hired the faux flower table centrepieces, their beautiful bright coloured paper lanterns and some garden games for our wedding. Kate also recreated the table numbers and name tags we wanted which were perfect. The service was great, the prices were affordable and it all looked amazing! Thank you so much once again x
