We used Elf Occasions for our chair covers and top table drape. The process of booking and paying was seamless and easy. Emma ensured she knew exactly what we wanted and responded quickly to emails. I arrived at the venue the night before the wedding and the chair covers and top table drape had already been set up, they looked beautiful and were exactly what we wanted!

Elf did all of our wedding decor and they were fantastic from start to finish. We discussed what we wanted and Emma dealt with the venue and set up without any further stress from us.

Her communications were clear and work was top quality, her professionalism meant venue decor was an area we had no stress about whatsoever, they were amazing, did a fantastic job and it looked just how we wanted.

I could not recommend Emma enough. She was brilliant.
I wasn’t sure on what I wanted, Emma asked for a few ideas and sent me her brochure. Together we planned everything. Emma is so lovely and easy to talk to and very easy to contact.
She never made me feel silly with the questions/ request I was asking of her and was always so happy to help.
I had made a mistake when sending over guest names for the table plan. I felt so bad and it started to stress me because I knew Emma had started the table plan. But as soon as I messaged Emma she reassured me that it was fine and she is able to correct my mistake. I had instant relief.
Emma came the morning of the wedding to set up. I didn’t even hear her, me and my sister looked out of the window checking the weather and we see Emma had been, my sister cried saying she couldn’t believe how beautiful everything looked and it did. I planned to get married outside weather pending, Emma was decorating my aisle seats and my aisle runner and again I had no worries if the wedding had to be moved inside Emma assured me that she will be there to set up outside or inside. Emma did an amazing job and everything looked so elegant and beautiful. Not once did I ever have to question if everything was going to be set up and run smoothly. I felt so confident in her.
Emma has different options that suit everyone’s budget. I really cannot stress on how beautiful everything is.

I only wished I could do the whole day again.

Emma was absolute perfection for decorating our wedding. She was very thorough to confirm our decisions. We got exactly what we wanted and more and our venue looked stunning. We were most delighted with the moongate arch, table centre pieces as well as the welcome sign. Little details like table numbers and chair sachets make all the difference. Thank you so much. We got married in April this year and hired Elf Occasions for their venue styling. Emma was brilliant and knew exactly what we wanted from the first enquiry. Emma was willing to go to both our Church and our venue to set up, even though they were quite a distance away from each other.
In terms of the styling, it was beautiful. Emma provided our finishing touches such as table runners, chair sashes/covers and table swags and they brought the whole venue together. Everything really did look perfect and I would definitely recommend Elf Occasions. Thanks again Emma! X
