We create and hire out custom-built items for weddings, All are built in-house. You won’t find the same items anywhere else. Our shining star is the beautiful oak swing. Every hire comes with a personalised engraved seat, which the couple gets to keep. We have other items to hire as well at A heavily discounted rate taken with the swing. A giant love heart and a beautiful pair of giant lanterns.

Unresponsive

It has been 6 months since my wedding and I still haven’t received the personalised swing seat that was part of the package. I’d assumed it would be left at the venue when the swing was taken away but no sign or message from vendor. After emailing repeatedly I was told the swing seat provided on the wedding day was an offcut and I would be sent a brand new one shortly after. This was months ago and I haven’t heard anything from the vendor in months.

50/50 Chance

Communication was terrible and we did not really know if the swing would be there on the day or not. Swing was there and was great, but there was spelling mistakes on the engraved seat and someone else's name on the back. We were supposed to have a replacement sent to us to keep, but never did. They stopped replying to our emails. Would not recommend.
