Usha from niche events went above and beyond with my wedding! She couldn’t be more helpful in the run up and on the day!! She created exactly what we asked for from the start to finish!! I would highly recommend Usha from niche event and will be using her for all my future events!! All my guests still talk about the wedding decor to this day!!

I booked Niche Events for the decor for my wedding as their work looked incredible on their insta/facebook. The communication was a bit unreliable and sporadic, but we had a couple of meetings to discuss things. I booked them in January 2023 for my December 2023 wedding.

The actual event decor they did for me was awful. There were so many issues, ranging from big issues to more minor problems. To give you a brief hint at the type of problems we had -

- totally different (much smaller as well) arch used
- small welcome sign on a brown piece of MDF after agreeing a large wooden effect board
- seating plan was meant to be green and gold like colour theme, but instead it was black and white and looked like it had been printed off Microsoft word that morning…
- led candles around the place when we had agreed only real candles
- aisle walk was meant to have lanterns lining it, there were none
- post box was missing.

Based on most of the details being incorrect, I asked Niche for a partial refund. They have ignored all of my emails - I have sent ten since my wedding day on 17th December. They have ignored all of my social media messages, texts, calls etc. they’ve also blocked me from their Facebook page.

it’s a shame as I truly believe they forgot about my wedding and just threw some random stuff in the van that morning, as my wedding was NOTHING like their social media photos.

My next step is the legal route to claim a partial refund. They clearly know they’re in the wrong which is why they haven’t responded which is a shame. I’d hoped to discuss it amicably but they aren’t interested.

I would avoid booking them if you want your event to be what you have booked and organised with them, as I’m not sure they’re capable of it.

I have had nothing but problems with this supplier, firstly their communication is ridiculous and stressful when your trying to organise a wedding and you have no response for weeks on end! Even having to chase them to pay final bill!
When matters was addressed the responses was unprofessional and the customer is always wrong in their eyes.

My wedding day was a little upsetting with the quality of their products such as dance floor and chair sash cover and isle runner - do not order the isle runner as I tripped on it going form the isle because of the quality with lumps and bumps in it! Using my own decor equipment to hold down their isle runner causing me to not be able to walk down the isle due to them moving things around!
And as for the dance floor it did not work correctly and they tried to blame myself for this!

I paid extra charge for same day collection as my venue was strict on it being taken away by a certain time and they turn up half hour late! Even after paying additional money!
Still chasing my complaint with them 3 months on for our wedding day.
They are so unorganised and unprofessional they are not worth the extra stress adding to your big day/events!
I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but I do not want any other bride to have this stress and upset this company has caused!

These girls are amazing, they provide such a personnel service for you. They made my wedding day look amazing and provided a few surprise extras for us. I was impressed with the complete transformation of my venue and have these girls to thank. Highly recommended and would love to do it all over again.

Niche Events were amazing and considered everything I asked for and done it to the most amazing standard. The girls were just amazing setting up my room late at night and came back early in morning to finishing touches. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend to everyone; in fact, I already have!
