To the amazing GAPA Events team, We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude! You've been with us on this journey since summer of last year, and your hard work culminated in the absolute dream wedding we had on the 27th May 2024. Words can't express how much we appreciate everything you've done. Praise, our CEO, your attention to detail throughout the entire process was truly remarkable. There were countless moments where the stress of planning felt overwhelming, but you always had a way of calming our nerves and reassuring us with a simple "I've got this." And you truly did have it! Every detail, big or small, came together flawlessly on our wedding day, just as you promised. Thank you, thank you, thank you to GAPA Events! From the decoration bringing our vision to life to the entire supportive team behind the scenes and coordinating the event, you all deserve immense praise. If we were to do it all again, we would be contacting you asap but instead, maybe our baby shower next? We can't recommend you highly enough! You have forever supporters in us.

YES, the most affordable and easy wedding candle supplier. Always struggling to find candles at the right price. LOVE them and so easy to work with.

I found about EventsDesigned4U some time ago at an event, and really liked what she had done with the place. I knew that when I was going to get married, this was who I wanted to use, and more so because the lady who runs the business was just an all round lovely, genuine person from what I gauged. I sent EventsDesigned4U a written brief stating what I wanted, with a few bog standard pictures, but I would have NEVER imagined that what they did would have turned out the way it did - especially considering that I didn’t give them a tremendous amount of time to prepare. I used a private room in 100 Wardour Street in London. 100 Wardour Street is already a really nice venue, so It’s difficult to put into words, how absolutely amazing the venue looked after EventsDesigned4U got their hands on it, but man. The attention to the small details, embellishing the already standout features of the venue, how seamlessly and discreetly the small adjustments were made to accommodate different sections of the programme??? And not to mention the little extras that the team added in order make things that little more special and to help me and my party feel more relaxed… I can’t even think of the word. In short, HIRE THEM!!

We used Yahire to hire glassware, tableware and furniture for our wedding at Lambeth Town Hall in Brixton, London. They were easy to order from, provided efficient delivery (the day before) & collection (the day after), and were very clear on what was available and what wasn’t. We sent numerous requests & amendments in the weeks leading up to the event, and Yahire were able to accommodate them without trouble (when stock allowed). We would recommend Yahire to anyone putting on an event! Especially reassuring was that our venue (Lambeth Town Hall) was very familiar with Yahire; our caterer was also familiar with Yahire - both the venue (Lambeth Town Hall) and our caterer recommended using Yahire, which helped us understand they are a trusted business.
