How far in advance should I contact you?
Generally, most couples tend to book their venue around a year in advance of their wedding date at least.The sooner the better at least 8 weeks notice

How do you work?
You complete the booking form, we send out the rental contract you complete sign & send it back to us. We send invoice you pay invoice. £50 booking deposit. Items are hire for a 24-hour rental period

What are the forms of payment?
Payment is made though bank transfer or you can come into the office to make a payment. Certainly, we require a deposit to secure your booking. If your booking is in less than a week, we will require the full amount upfront. Please note, we cannot reserve spaces without a deposit. While we can note your interest in our diary, it's essential to contact us to verify if the desired service remains available. Prior to making any payments, kindly inform us so we can confirm the details and availability

Chair covers and sashes & love package with stocked candy cart
I used Saunders Events to decorate our party for us and they were fantastic. Leah and staff made the room look amazing and were informative, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Thank you so much will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
