Gaia was amazing. She helped us all the way through with organising a perfect wedding day. She was always there when we needed to speak or ask questions, and was always able to solve any problem calmly and effectively. Gaia had a fantastic knowledge of local suppliers and paired us with excellent people who brought amazing food, music, lighting and floral decorations to the day. She made the process of getting married smooth and stress free, allowing us to fully enjoy the day. She was essential to the day and we would 100% recommend her!

Gaia was absolutely all we could have dreamed of in a wedding planner and more. She really takes care in her work from the big things right through to the tiny detail. We got married in Lake Como in June 2024, with Gaia being our wedding planner! We cannot describe how amazing Gaia was. She made the process so smooth and easy with getting married abroad. Her knowledge was amazing, fully fluent in English and was always there to support through the whole process.

Most importantly, Gaia is a very kind hearted individual who made us feel very comfortable and relaxed with the whole wedding process. She put so much effort and fine detail into every part of the big day. We really couldn’t have thanked her enough for everything she did for us. Everything was perfect. Shiva and I tried to think of things that could have been better, however we honestly couldn’t find any.
The staff were great, and you could feel that they knew what they were doing.
The food was extremely good, and considering we have over 120 guests, it was even more impressive.
Gaia was amazing from the time we met, until the end of the wedding. We would have been lost without her.
The location is spectacular, and we loved that the pictures really don’t do it justice. It makes the even more special when you arrive on site.
We genuinely would recommend this without any hesitation.

Gaia planned our wedding to perfection. From the minute we met with her she made everything so easy and took the stress out of all of the planning. She was very responsive and helpful and she really went the extra mile to make sure everyone had the best day. Our guests all sang her praises. I would highly recommend!

Working with Gaia was a very professional experience. She kept us updated and on schedule throughout the wedding planning process. She became like family. On the wedding day, she worked so hard and kept everything and everyone on track. We had to deal with an unexpected weather change and the transition was seamless. A true professional.
