Bowhunter Archery is an outdoor archery and axe throwing experience wedding supplier based near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands.

We have two different experiences available to upcoming weddings;

First up is our Mobile Events Team: Our mobile team are available to venture out of the woods and give you and your wedding guests the oppertunity to create a once in a lifetime wedding experience. You can choose if you would like to have Axe Throwing or Archery available at your venue on the big day. All mobile events will be supplied with fully qualified instructors to ensure the safety of the guests.

Our second package is for the stags and hens... At the woods you can host your stag or hen do with a full Bowhunter Experience which includes; Archery, Axe Throwing and also Combat Archery (dodgeball but with safety arrows) in our very own arena.

How far in advance should I contact you?

Please get in touch as soon as possible! Whilst last minute bookings are available it is always best to book in advance. Get in touch today to see what we can do to assist you

What other services to you provide?

Other (Bowhunter Archery is an outdoor Archery and Axe Throwing centre based outside Inverness. The Bowhunter Mobile Events Team are available to come to your wedding for either Archery or Axe Throwing)

Are you able to travel?

Yes, anywhere up to 3hrs from Bowhunter Archery: Highlands Moray Aberdeenshire Aberdeen Badenoch & Strathspey Other areas of Scotland may be available upon request

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, the cost for travel is included in your package depending on the distance from Bowhunter Archery. If the team are unable to return home within the day accommodation will need to be supplied at a cost

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, if booking the mobile team a full risk assessment will need to be completed in order for us to safely set up at your wedding or event. This is very easy to do though so don't worry!

How long is the act?

For the Mobile Events we request that we are booked for a minimum of 1hr. For activities based at Bowhunter Archery we have various activity times available ranging from 1-3hours

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

For the Mobile Team we will need to do a pre-safety risk assessment which can be done at any time before the event. On the day it will take up to 30mins for the team to set up all the equipment!

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?

Extra time charges are pre-agreed during consultation. If you decide you require extra time on the day our staff will know what has been pre-arranged in the contract and charge accordingly
