How does it work?

Step One.

You've found Ever After Illustrations and decided we're the perfect addition to enhance the guest experience at your wedding or event. Now, it's time to tell us all about your event and check our availability.

Step Two.

After receiving your contact form, we will confirm your package with you and answer any questions you may have about the experience. We will then create and send your quote. Once you have confirmed that you would like to secure your booking, signed your contract, and submitted your deposit, we'll be ready to join you at your fabulous event!

Step Three.

One month before your event, we'll confirm arrival and departure times, preferred set-up location, and guest names for your VIP list (if you have one) and discuss your décor to inspire the customisation of our floral branded mirror.

Step Four

It's the big day, and it's time to let the fun begin! We'll arrive to set up the live guest portrait station and invite your guests to strike a pose. Once we've snapped a quick photo of them, they can watch their portrait come to life or rejoin the party! Later, they can revisit our standing portrait gallery and collect their mini-masterpiece when they are ready—the perfect way for them to remember your incredible day!
