Wow - booking Kirstin and receiving our bespoke painting was genuinely one of the best things from our wedding day. I hope this review can convince you to make the same great decision!

From our first conversation with Kirstin, I was impressed with her friendliness, open-ness and professionalism. She was clearly passionate about her work, and matched my enthusiasm to make personal tweaks. We spoke through what I was looking for, and I never felt any pressure from Kirstin - she was open and flexible and I didn't feel the slightest bit of sales 'pushiness' to book.

We were able to choose the colour scheme, location/time of day, and what we wanted the painting to focus on. Kirstin has so many examples on her website which helped to guid me on what I did and didn't like, and we worked out some new ideas too. I went back to Kirstin with questions/suggestions many times through the planning process and she always seemed happy to hear from me.

On the day, we were forecast rain right up until the ceremony. I was set on having a painting of the outside of the building, and I couldn't believe it when I heard that Kirstin has set herself up under an umbrella in the pouring rain to start the painting before the ceremony - what incredible dedication! She then continued to paint through the drinks reception, adding guests to the picture. Top tip - we gave Kirstin a print out of pictures of all of the important people to capture, and she was able to focus on including our parents, siblings etc. Kirstin then finished the painting off while we sat down to eat, had it framed, and presented it back to us after desert (it was even wrapped to be opened like a gift!).

The painting itself... we were blown away. It may be obvious to say but it really is a work of art! The colours are beautiful, the attention to detail, and it feels like you are looking right in through a window at our day. I can't believe that we have a bespoke piece of art in our home, from our wedding, to treasure forever.

Overall... I cannot over emphasise how thrilled we are to have found Kirstin, and booked her for our wedding. She went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful. I think it was the best value for money we had for our entire wedding - we had a full day of Kirstin's time, a bespoke piece of art, and essentially entertainment for our guests too. She was a joy to work with, and we will treasure her work for the rest of our lives. Thank you Kirstin!!!

It was a challenging day as it never stopped raining all day,but she just dressed for the occasion and did a wonderful job,we all love the finished painting!!

Kristin was friendly and professional in the run up to the event and on the day. It was a joy having her paint our wedding!
