There is no doubt that Brooklyn is a very talented artist and her paintings are of great quality. However, we actually had a couple of complaints from our wedding guests about the customer service side which was really disheartening as we had hoped that having this type of service at our wedding would be a lovely treat for our guests and we were really looking forward to it. A couple of our guests said they had approached Brooklyn but weren't acknowledged because she was reading her book whilst other guests were laughed at and told she didn't have time, which then put other guests off approaching.

The most disappointing element for me is that my bridal party and the groom himself were turned away as they were told they could only be painted once. For example my little flowergirls were sisters and because they had individual paintings done they were unable to be painted with their parents, similarly because my husband (the groom) had been painted with me, he was told he couldn't have a painting done with his family.

The paintings that were done were of good quality but the customer experience significantly let the service down especially for the money charged.
