This passionate team puts their heart and soul into crafting stunning, handmade favours. Chocolatier Boyana has dreamed of becoming a pastry chef since her preschool years, inspired by cooking with her grandmother. Her journey and 10 years of suffering from an eating disorder led her to pursue training in dietetics. There, she conducted a study that combined her pastry passion and childhood dream with food science, and Bolicious was born. Boyana's ultimate goal is to create innovative, visually stunning, delicious chocolates that bring clients the same happiness and pleasure as her grandmother's cherished recipes.

At the heart of Bolicious is a kitchen full of love, joy, and passion for everything chocolate. Boyana and her team are dedicated to making unique chocolate bonbons by re-creating classic flavours. Whether it be a bonbon form of classic tiramisu or vegan Snickers, they're driven by creativity and innovation. Bolicious produces its bonbons in small batches, ensuring a longer shelf life. The three-day process is entirely handmade, from polishing the moulds, painting, and adding fillings to the from-scratch ingredients. Best of all, each of your guests can indulge, thanks to their bean-to-bar approach. Each batch is vegan, gluten-free, suitable for dairy allergies, and made with organic Peruvian cocoa beans and butter.
