As Jim Garrahy's Fudge Kitchen we’ve been hand-crafting our special recipe fudge for over 40 years using traditional methods and a lot of love. So, you’ll find our fudge is different to any that you’ve ever tasted before. Our slab fudge is made with fresh whipping cream instead of butter which makes it smooth, soft, creamy and delicious.
Our fudge is available in thick, luxurious slices that each weigh approximately 175 grams. On our build a box service you can create your own 4 or 6 slice presentation box with free, optional gift sleeve and personalised message.

Our fudge is very versatile. We can supply special orders of wedding fudge for favours, table presents, or bridesmaid gifts. Or you can use our fudge as a business or corporate gift to impress your customers or staff, or for a promotional gift.
