Was really excited about receiving my flowers for the wedding day! They arrived after me chasing the company way past the due date, a week before the wedding! I was so upset and we had to cobble additional flowers together and take out cheap ugly fluorescent or brown flowers/ foliage. I messaged the company to express my upset and was met with a cold unhelpful response and then nothing. Had to buy new button holes they were so bad. If they'd arrived as agreed maybe we could of sorted something...instead I got ghosted!
