Dorina at Dorothy Seed Florist has been sensational to plan our wedding flowers with. We fell in love with her infectious passion for natural looking arrangements using a mix of dried and fresh foliage and flowers.

All I requested of Dorina was to have eucalyptus as this was the main theme of our wedding with the odd sprig of pampas, and I knew we could trust her with the rest. She delivered some of the most beautiful, whimsical and natural looking florals and foliage which matched our vision and venue perfectly.

Dorina absolutely delivered the brief for our daughter and son in law’s wedding. A wildflower meadow isn’t the easiest of requests but it was exactly what Dorina created for us.

The flowers were beautiful and the wildflower flower arch was a stunning backdrop to the wedding ceremony and the photographs.

The bouquets were so pretty.

She is very creative - coming up with great ideas and extra details. She is so skilful and such lovely warm, calm and happy person to have with you on your wedding day.

As she promises, everything is natural and nothing goes to waste. She separated and wrapped the flowers for us to take away the next morning.

It was an absolute joy to work with Dorothy Seed for our wedding flowers! From bouquets, to flower girl wands, maid of honor crowns, broken arches...there's nothing Dorina cannot create. We wanted our wedding to be bright and colourful - with the Groom wearing pink and the Bridal party in an array of pastels, Dorina curated the most beautiful flowers to compliment each and every person.

My two Nieces adored their wands that were hand-wittled, my Mother-in-Law a gorgeous corsage and my life-long best friend and Maid of Honour was made the most incredible flower crown.

With pretty much everyone within the Wedding party wearing different colours, the role of bringing us all together with our flowers was no easy task. Dorina, however, produced such a stunning array of flowers that complimented and lifted every little walkway, stretch tent, and outfit change that encompassed our wedding weekend. Even designing a broken archway that could be moved to different locations throughout the venue so that the flowers could be used over and over.

When my daughter Katherine met Dorina, she knew straight away she’d found her bridal florist for her wedding. She was absolutely right! We all instantly clicked with Dorina. She understands what the bride wants but also what works. Her knowledge of flowers and her passion for floral arrangement is superb. We got the chance to go to where the flowers are grown and had a wonderful time seeing all the beautiful flowers and Dorina explained how the flowers would be structured and how long they would last for the day and evening. She gave ideas on what’s best for the little flower girls’ hair and baskets. All the time though she was very aware of what the bride wanted, she made Kat and everyone else feel special. The bridal bouquet was exactly what Kat wanted, and much more. The bridesmaids bouquets and little flower girls hair slides and baskets were simple, delicate and pretty. She dressed the cake beautifully. It was all natural, romantic and beautiful. We challenged her at the last minute with making an arrangement with tropical flowers that were flown over from the Seychelles and she made a beautiful welcoming piece at the entrance. We had no hiccups , just lots of fun. Dorina listens, knows her flowers, very talented, fun and delivers. Thanks Dorina.
