Ginger Lily Florists are a Brighton based floral team with a love of nature and natural styling. Antipodean floral designer and founder, Angela Seare, loves to create wedding floral dreams for her clients.

Situated in the heart of beautiful Sussex, we have been lucky enough to dress and be the preferred florist for some of the best known and most popular venues in and around the area, including Cissbury Barns, Pangdean Barn, Gildredge Manor, The Grand Brighton, Harbour Hotel Brighton and Pelham House to name a few, not to mention all the marquees, tipis and woodland weddings! We love them all.

Our experience in delivering stunning wedding flowers to design and create outstandingly beautiful and memorable flowers for your most special of days is what our reputation is based on, and many awards we have been given in recognition. We were recently, for the second year running, 2023/2024 Best Wedding Florist, South of England!

What is included in the wedding package?

We have no fixed packages. The package is entirely up to the couple themselves as it is bespoke to them. We work with each couple thoughfully translating their visions into their Wedding Floral dream

How far in advance should I contact you?

Ideally up to a year in advance, as we get very busy in our Wedding Seasons - Summer and Winter. Although we can work with 6 months or less. Always worth reaching out to check our availability. xx

Do you design personalised bridal bouquets?

Yes

Can you travel?

Yes, we cover from Worthing in the West through to Lewes in the East and Burgess Hill to the North. We can do further afield, just ask xx

Is there a charge for traveling?

Yes, normally there is a small delivery charge for the delivery of bouquets, arrangements etc. on the day. For travel further away there is a fee to cover time and travel costs

What is the charge for national mailing?

We do not offer national mailing

Do you have an advice service?

Yes

Does the advice service have a surcharge?

No

Operating hours:

9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 2:00pm on Saturday

What are the forms of payment?

We take all commonly used forms of payment: Cash, credit and debit card, and bank transfer

Wonderful, thank you Beth!

Just wanted to drop you a note now we are back from honeymoon to say thank you for doing such an incredible job with the flowers. They were absolutely beautiful, we were so sad when they all had to go the next day. You had understood the vision perfectly! They worked really well with the flowers we managed to do for the tables and bridesmaids too. Fabulous! Thanks for being such a pleasure to work with.

Great Wedding Florist

The team at Ginger Lily were fantastic. They listened to what I wanted for my wedding days and spent time going through everything with me.

They were prompt and organised and I didn’t have to worry about the flowers at all on the day, they were there, set up and beautiful before I even had a chance to think about them. Which helps on a stressful wedding day.

They are lovely to work with and I would recommend them as a wedding florist.

Exceeded my expectations!

The flowers I received exceeded my expectations; they were so beautiful! I feel like I got lots of top quality flowers for my money and my bridal bouquet lasted for weeks after the wedding. I highly recommend Ginger Lily for all your floral needs! As always, the flowers were beautiful.

Amazing and beautiful flowers!

Angela and Beth really went above and beyond to nail the look we were going for with our wedding. Since the first time I went to meet them and gave them the brief of a Viking/Pagan wedding, to the actual day when they set up the flowers, the excited and kindness that both Angela and Beth showed was amazing. I gave them free reign when it came to the flower choices and decorating, and they couldn’t have done a better job. Everything looked perfect and I couldn’t have picked a better florist to create the look we were going for!

Helpful and reasonably priced

We booked Ginger Lily Florist for our wedding venue flowers, after a recommendation from a friend, and were so impressed with the finish arrangements.

Initially we didn’t know where to begin with wedding flowers, but at every stage of the planning the staff at Ginger Lily (and sister shop Flowers by Walter Smith in Shoreham) were helpful, friendly and responsive.

We wanted a florist who could provide us with flowers for our wedding tables at a reasonable price. We had ideas about what flowers and style we wanted (‘country-style’ sunflowers and roses) and they were able to advise us on what to add to make the arrangements work. The quote was reasonable and at no point did we feel under pressure to spend more or upgrade to something bigger or more elaborate.

The finished flowers were perfect for our occasion. Thank you Ginger Lily Florist.

A must to use Ginger Lily Florist

The flowers I had for my wedding were so beautiful and Ginger Lily Florist captured exactly what I was after. The cost for my flowers were extremely good for what I got and how it all looked on the day, I was over the moon. I was blown away by my own bouquet and couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! Ginger Lily Florist were very easy to work with and I recommend using them for your wedding. Thank you so much!

Beautiful, colourful flowers

I contacted Ginger Lily quite late in the process for 5 bouquets and a small table decoration. We wanted colourful and Hinger Lily delivered. Everyone was so helpful and the flowers looked amazing.

Our wedding made perfect!

We were blown away by the flowers we received on our wedding day. I cried when they arrived! The colours were everything I dreamed of, the perfect autumnal bouquet. Angela was kind, patient and supported us in working out what we wanted for the venue. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and we were able to gift the table flowers to loved ones too. We had the bridal bouquet persevered and now have our flowers forever! I still think about the flowers a year and they bring me so much joy.

Honestly amazing

Just blooming perfect

Oh my goodness……. Out of all the suppliers we had for our wedding Ginger Lily were the ones who blew me away the most. I’ll never forget the moment I come down from my hotel room to see the venue’s transformation. It was exactly how I imagined and more. Angela and the team were amazing to work with and the skill they have as florists is honest superb. Thank you so very much for everything you did for me and Luke, and making our venue look magical. Lovely florists and beautiful bouquet

Wonderful experience, I sent a Pinterest inspiration photo and they made the most beautiful bouquet for my wedding. Exactly what I wanted. We had a matching buttonhole too
