Hey you! Welcome to my corner of Hitched. I am Rebecca, the florist, designer, proposal writer, bucket cleaner and everything in between, behind Lilac and Lace Floral Design. I create natural, effortless florals with so much love and even more heart, and you can probably tell that I absolutely LOVE my job!

I want my designs to look like they have just fallen together.. like they have simply been swept up from the field. And, I am working really hard on that last part, with my own flower plot in the making to hopefully supply some of my own flowers from 2023.

The environment and the footprint we leave behind is so so important to me. I want to leave my Daughter with a beautiful world full of all the incredible things I have been fortunate enough to see. I am the first florist in the country to hold a Sustainability Accreditation with the Sustainable Wedding Alliance and make delibrate, concious choices about the flowers and accessories I use.
