I hired Jem for my London wedding in April, working with a ‘blank canvas’ dry hire venue with tricky turnaround times.

Jem was so brilliant from start to finish. She really got what I wanted and actually went above and beyond to deliver it, including trips to the venue before the big day. The room looked so so beautiful with all of her creations and everyone was obsessed with the amazing hanging flowers she did!

Even on the morning itself, Jem completely put me at ease. I hadn’t really considered before the wedding just how much suppliers would impact how you feel on your wedding day, and Jem made me feel totally relaxed (and like she was a friend who just happened to be helping out with flowers). Before the day she just gave me total confidence around what was going on so I could relax too.

We used Jem for our November wedding in London. We wanted 10 table centrepieces and an arrangement for the ceremony room and were very open to colours and styles. Jem was amazing at helping us to narrow down what we wanted and was respectful of our limited budget. She came up with initial ideas very quickly and then we had one further meeting to agree a longlist of specific flowers she would use. On the day the flowers looked beautiful and she nailed the brief perfectly. She is a lovely human to boot and made the whole process so easy.

We met Jem at a wedding fair held at our reception venue and we were very impressed by her and her floral style. I'm so pleased that we booked Jem to do our wedding flowers. From the initial consultation, Jem was incredibly helpful and understood what we were looking for, even though we weren't completely sure what we wanted! We asked for bright, seasonal, summery, cheerful, meadow style flowers, with sunflowers and daisies and she absolutely brought this vision to life. The flowers she produced were better than we could have imagined they were a wonderful surprise to see.

On the day, Jem delivered flowers to our house, my Mum’s house, our ceremony venue and our reception venue. She decorated the wedding venues beautifully, collected the flowers from the ceremony venue and took them to the reception venue and used her creative style to put them in places that looked great. This was an incredible help to us, as we were worried about how we would transport the flowers on the day.

Jem’s communication with us was very prompt and detailed. We felt her prices were reasonable. She is very professional, friendly, creative and easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to book a florist for their wedding flowers, particularly if they want something a bit different and special.

Jem was absolutely brilliant. She managed to source flowers which were a little hard to get at that time of year, take our ideas and her own and make us some beautiful creations. We also had some signage made by her and it was amazing. She was super responsive and communicative and really lovely to work with. We would highly recommend her.

Jem recently created my wedding flowers for me and they were absolutely perfect, I could not have asked for more. She pretty much read my mind and created the most amazing beautiful flowers that were so much more than I ever could have hoped for. I stumbled across Jemma on instagram and decided to use her after seeing her beautiful arrangements. Photos do not do justice to her beautiful creations. I wanted something more boho and natural and the flowers certainly met the brief and more. She added a ribbon to mine and chose the most beautiful collect of flowers. The colours were really well matched and Jemma was extremely professional both on the day and on the run up to the wedding! Couldn't recommend enough.

Jem was absolutely incredible!!! The flowers were so so pretty!! We weren't sure exactly what we wanted and left it to her to decide on the exact design and it was outstanding!! Highly recommend, Jem is such a lovely person to work with!!!

Jem did such a fantastic job with our wedding flowers, we couldn't have been more pleased with the result on the day! Fantastic meeting with Jem a month or so before the wedding, where we we shared our ideas. From here she took our rough vision and ran with it! Delivery and set up on the day was all so well organised. Jem is also just a lovely person to work with!

Jem was an absolute star and just a delight to work with. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and listened to this. She was really creative and the floral display at the wedding was stunning. Even better, she created the most beautiful bouquet for me and put so much love and care into it. Having Jem as our florist was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She is super warm and friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. We designed our flowers and room decor together and she took into account all our likes and dislikes. She also helped set the venue up and made sure everything looked perfect. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and we are super grateful! I never had to worry about anything with the venue as we had her and her skills on side! The flowers and the venue were beautiful and even better than I had envisioned - everyone was commenting! We could not recommend Floral Jems more highly! Everything was perfection - from the quality and aesthetics of the flowers to Jem’s professionalism, punctuality, flexibility and friendliness. The bridal party bouquets, boutonnières and ceremony/reception table flowers hit the brief to a tee and looked spectacular. Made an already special day extra special and worth every penny.

Jem is absolutely fantastic. She was so patient (especially given the Covid delays) and really listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of colour scheme.
She also made last minute changes and made 3 different deliveries on the morning of our wedding.

We are so so pleased we chose Jem as our florist for our wedding. She was amazing start to finish and helped us along the whole process. Jem did my amazing bouquet & button holes, decorated our venue so tastefully, decorated our cake and made beautiful dried flowers as our name places - everything was just amazing! Simply amazing. Jem recently did the flowers for our civil partnership celebration. They were absolutely perfect. The button hole, the bouquet, the table decorations, it was all great.

Jem was so easy to work with. We didn't want 'traditional wedding flowers' and wanted something more vibrant and tropical. She listened and understood exactly what we wanted and then nailed it. Even with a pandemic postponement thrown into the mix it just all went so smoothly.

Jem also provided fantastic table decorations to accompany the flowers and set everything up at the venue just as discussed.
