Zara was great to work with and her flowers were absolutely gorgeous, better than I hoped for! She took the time to hold a call beforehand so that we could talk through my ideas and plans for the day, giving me lots of helpful suggestions, and then sent me through a mood board so I could check we were both on the same page. She was able to incorporate my request for including a specific flower and she worked with me to come up with a decor solution which suited my budget, which I was really grateful for.
I've knocked off one star just because there were a couple of things which were different to what we discussed - the flower arrangements for the ceremony came on black asymmetrical stands rather than solid white symmetrical stands; the bridesmaid bouquets were delivered in paper cups rather than in vases as promised which meant we needed to improvise on the day to find 7 vases (we re-purposed the bouquets as decorations after the ceremony), and we didn't end up using the flowers that arrived for the cake. Overall though these were just niggles and the main flowers and service was great.
