Blown away but the bouquets, arrangements & centre pieces - absolutely perfect!

I cannot recommend Caroline enough!! Caroline has done flowers for a few events in our family now so we just knew how amazing she is and that we’d love for her to do our wedding flowers! Of course Caroline did not disappoint. We felt so safe throughout our consultations with Caroline’s excellent flower knowledge and information of how everything would work leading up to the wedding! Caroline was happy to answer any questions we had and kept in touch with updates right up till the wedding morning. Which leads me on to the morning of the wedding when we saw the flowers on the day… WOW! They were absolutely beautiful - they looked exactly how we imagined - better even and the quality and the smell was amazing! We loved everything - my bouquet was exactly how we described in the consultation! We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful to Caroline and everyone at The Orchid Room! Caroline was so helpful with helping me pick my flowers as I wasn’t sure on what I wanted. She was professional, friendly and her prices were competitive. Delivery on the day was on time and the set up was perfect. The flowers themselves were absolutely stunning, thank you again.

Caroline was amazing from start to finish. A very last minute wedding, a video call to discuss initially and then great communication up until the day, nothing was too much trouble. Flowers delivered to central London hotel and then onto the venue to decorate the tables. Everything was perfect and when I got to the venue the flowers looked amazing. It was lovely to finally meet Caroline when she delivered my bouquet and I really can’t thank you enough.

We gave Caroline some ideas at our consultation which went smoothly and she made us feel so comfortable. On the day of our wedding I was blown away when I was given a glimpse of the ceremony room being set up. The flowers made our special venue Crondon Park look so much more beautiful. My bouquet along with my maid of honour and flower girls were stunning and then when it was time for us to see the main wedding breakfast room we were speechless the tall flower arrangements were out of this world. We sent through a few enquires for flowers for our wedding that would meet our budget and quality.

A lot of the enquiries we sent showed us flowers that wasn’t what we was looking for but after a video meeting with Caroline at Orchid Room we found she understood the most of what we wanted and could offer us the best flowers.

Caroline was so personable from our first meeting and took a lot of care to ensure she nailed the brief. Very knowledgable and helpful. I was so pleased with the flowers and we had a lot of compliments from guests on the ceremony, table settings and of course bouquets. I also felt very good value for the quality of service. You must use her!!
