I used to think that a venue dresser was a luxury that really wasn't required........
However, my opinion has totally changed and we wouldn't have had such a special day if it wasn't for the excellent services of Willow & Vine. It wasn't as expensive as you might think and the service brought a wealth of knowledge, suggestions, support and advice that you just can't get from bridal magazines and the internet.
It also helped us to just enjoy the night before and the morning of our wedding without the added stress of any of the dressing or set up of the venue. Margaret and her team took care of everything including even the smallest finishing touches.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Willow & Vine and wish them every success in their business.

Our experience with willow & vine has been honestly unbelievable from start to finish. The second I met with Margret for my consultation I just knew they were the stylists for us. Margret knew better than me what I wanted for the day and she was always super attentive with attention to detail. Without willow and vine my wedding day would not of been the fairytale it was, my flowers and decor was just incredible and EVERYONE kept complimenting the incredible work they done! I could not thank the team enough for everything they done for us, even for fluffing my dress and veil before I walked down the aisle🥹 I’m genuinely sad my experience with them is now over, I’d highly recommend this company🤍

Margaret and Deborah has helped me throughout in making my decisions on decors, flowers and and was very patient with me as I was getting all worked up and overwhelmed with lots of beautiful options. They both listened to my visions, what I liked and carefully understood all our ideas and details we outlined. Leading up to the day, I made many last minute changes and additions and was always so overwhelmed, they were patient, very honest with me and gave honest and real advise of which flowers, decors and timings will work or not work, and that is exactly what you need, and most of all was very understanding and generous to help us meet our budget. They were so so patient with us and felt like my second moms! Never made us feel like we were asking for too much, Absolutely professional and knows exactly what they are doing! On the day of our wedding day they both had went far beyond our expectations and really brought our wedding vision to life, and more with lots of surprises with it, they have surpised us with more than what we’ve imagined!

They were also there at the very last moment before I walked down the aisle to re-assure me everything will be beautiful and that we would love it the moment we see it, and we were absolutely wow’ed and more, and we wish we could re-live the day over and over! When they told me during the preps ‘do not worry’ they really mean you don’t need to worry about anything!

I just wanna say Margaret, Deborah and the whole Willow and Vine team a huge thank you for all your help, support, advises and patience with us. You are all the most professional, kindest, generous and honest florist and wedding decorator. I’m glad our paths crossed and couldn’t imagine our day without W&V!

We highly recommend W&V - if you want your wedding preparations and your day with real honesty, good laugh, the most and a second mom holding your hand through it, they are the one! ❤️

We were quite simply blown away by the displays starting with the beautiful grand staircase , to the ceremony room and then the wedding breakfast room , all of which had us all overwhelmed with what had been done including many , many surprise features

Theses lady’s didn’t just plan our day for us , they were our day …. THEY MADE OUR DAY!

And we will never be able to express how much we appreciate all that they did for us.

Understood our theme and vision 100%, the florals and styling for our big day were perfect. The team are lovely to work with, always happy to chat and agreed to change our theme weeks before the wedding.

We got married at Northside Farm in September 2024 and Margaret & Deborah from Willow & Vine dressed our venue and did our wedding floristry.

From our very first appointment, we could feel their enthusiasm towards our wedding and vision.

We trusted them 100% and they delivered more than we thought was possible. The flowers were perfect, my bridal bouquet was an absolute masterpiece as well as my floral crown. The floral arch, registrar piece and table flower arrangements were all spot on.

The venue dressing was amazing and we could tell a lot of hard work went into the preparation prior to our day and also on the wedding day.

If I could sum up the decorations and flowers on our wedding day in one word, it would be ‘magical’, and this is down to Margaret and Deborah at Willow & Vine. They are also genuinely lovely people who are nice to be around.

Margaret was a dream to work with from start to finish. So much so, I didn’t speak to any other event dressers, as I just knew straight away that I had found the one for me.
Margaret styled our wedding in September and from our first chat back in November 2023, she just completely understood me and my vision. There was nothing about what I wanted that she couldn’t make happen.
We didn’t need many chats or meetings, we nailed it all in one face to face meeting (8 months before the wedding due to the fact I live near Edinburgh) and I never doubted that our wedding would look exactly as discussed…. And it did!
I also had a custom pampas headpiece made, with a custom dog collar to match for my maid of honour. I sent measurements and pictures (there were no trials) and it was presented to me on my wedding day; absolutely perfectly matching the brief.

All in all, our wedding would have been nothing without Willow & Vine and I couldn’t recommend them more.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again and would absolutely jump at the chance for them to style any of my future events.

Willow and Vine styled our wedding at Woodhill Hall. I can't recommend this company enough! I had the most stunning fresh fireplace piece that trialed all the way to the floor like a waterfall and the smell from the flowers was amazing! They also created a miniature version of this piece to sit on the registrar table. The Dressing of The Olive house, Orangery, Teepees and even the outside spaces were out of this world! Nothing was a problem for this award winning team, they are so friendly and attentive resulting in the wedding of our dreams. From start to finish they went above and beyond our expectations. We would 100% recommend! Go look around their fabulous showroom there is inspiration galore ......
