They were professional, friendly and provided excellent service through the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when they graciously arranged for a last minute tie swap after I decided that I wanted to match my groomsmen! When my wife and I were looking to get married, we knew we wanted morning suits, and we wanted to be able to hire for the groomsmen at the same place as my suit was getting made. After some research we found Craig at Whitfield and Ward and after meeting him for the first time, we knew we had to go there. The whole process was collaborative in that Craig listened to what we wanted and was able to use his years of experience and his own sense of style to really perfect the look we were going for, gently dissuading us from things that would not have been right, while still listening to what it was that we were going for.

Over the series of measurements and consultations, we chose our fabrics and styles from the wide variety available, and we came out with a suit that was beyond all expectations. I wanted to look my best for my wedding and Craig made that happen. The hire suits were also all immaculate and all the groomsmen looked incredible.

We could not have been happier with the way we looked, and the service and communication from Whitfield and Ward was exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
