The hire process is simple and can be completed in 5 easy steps.
STEP 1: FIND THE PERFECT SUIT
Whether you are looking to hire or buy your suit we have you covered! Simply browse through our wide selection of suits and accessories to find the perfect outfit. Once you submit your order, we'll send you a link via SMS for our Virtual Tailor.
STEP 2: GET SIZED
Once you receive the link for our Virtual Tailor all you have to do is answer a few short questions and submit your sizing pictures by following the simple instructions.
When answering the questions and submitting your pictures please be as accurate as possible, the better the information we have then the better your suit will fit.
STEP 3: HOME TRY ON
Want to try before you commit? You can experience our fit and quality first hand, months before the event. We would be delighted to send you the suit of your choice so you can try it on in the comfort of your own home for 48 hours—all you have to pay is shipping.
To arrange a home try on add the garments you'd like to try to the cart before applying discount code TRY4FREE when checking out. All you will be required to pay is a shipping fee of £5 which covers both delivery and return of your try on garments.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the fit of your suit or there is something you are unsure of, a member of our experienced team will be more than happy to carry out a fit review. Fit reviews can be carried out via video call or you can submit photos for us to assess.
STEP 4: ARRANGE DELIVERY
HIRE SUITS
When you hire with us, your order is delivered 10 days before your event to give you enough time to try it on and make sure it fits just right. If we didn't get it right on the first try, request a replacement and we will send you a new size out to you for free.
MADE TO ORDER SUITS
If you are buying your suits through our made to order service please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. We would encourage all customers who are buying their suits to avail of our 'Home Try On' service as this will ensure that you can be 100% confident in how the finished garment and look and fit.
STEP 5: BOX EVERYTHING UP AND SEND IT BACK
Returns are as simple as packing your outfit in the original box and returning it with the prepaid return label. If you rent, you get a 3-day return window after your event.

Outstanding!
When we were first told about it all being by delivery and we don’t go to a shop, I was at first concerned but as everything was explained to us I felt confident this would work for us as it would of been hard to get everyone together as the best man lives in New Zealand.
About 8 months before the wedding we sorted out a trial suit using the online tailor service and it couldn’t of been simpler took a few minutes to sort and a few days later a suit arrived by DHL with a selection of ties and pocket squares to choose from. The quality was amazing and the suit sizes were perfect bar the waistcoat being slightly big for my liking.
Myself and my father in law both decided to buy our suits so we sorted ours out first (I didn’t need to do my sizes again as they already had them on file so mine just turned up). My father in law had a few issues with sizes so a new item was sent out by DHL and was received within a few days.
All the groomsmen got the link to sort their suits out 3 weeks before the wedding. They found the service simply to use. When all suits arrived once again by DHL. Everyone got sent extra sizes just incase of not fitting correct but arrived fitted perfectly.
My sons (9yrs) was done different to the adults as a few simple measurements were needed (a handy video was sent for us to watch and make it easy), I messed up the measurements slightly and they quickly spotted it didn’t look right, quick measurement done again and we was done.
All the suits were perfect, we had so many comments about how great they were.
Communication with the company was all done with an app and it was so simple, we always seemed to get a reply within like half an hour no matter what time we messaged them. I couldn’t recommend them anymore!
Excellent quality suits and service
Fast forward to a month before the wedding and the team reach out to get contact details for all groomsmen to allow them to submit details. About 2 weeks before the wedding the suits were sent and arrive a day after shipping. Some minor changes were needed and new items were sent over the next day. Return was easy with the team reaching out to all all groomsmen and all dealt with seamlessly. Takes away all the hassle of returning suits to stores. The quality of the suits was so good that I brought mine. Was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them
