The groom’s room were great, from the first appointment, to fitting and collecting our suits, super helpful!
We did come across a few problems but nothing that Rob couldn’t fix! After travelling back and forth a couple of times from Ipswich to Colchester where the shop is based, Rob arranged a taxi for one of our suit jackets to be delivered to us to save any extra stress the week before the wedding!
The suits looked absolutely incredible on the day and the men looked so handsome!

Great experience with the Grooms Room!
On our first meeting Rob was really personable and gave us lots of his time. He is incredibly knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions, we had a great evening and also laughed a lot.
We hired 10 suits in total, there were a few sizing issues when we collected them but staff sorted this for us efficiently. Every visit to the store we received such a warm welcome, there is such a friendly atmosphere amongst the team.
The suits looked amazing on the day, the men all received lots of compliments and they all fitted really well. I would highly recommend the Grooms Room, the best customer service you’ll get in Essex!!
