Faultless, speedy service

Decided to buy a whole white tie outfit for an event rather than hire, which is not the easiest to find. Accidentally stumbled across Richard Paul on eBay so just visited their online store instead. I found what I wanted, had a couple of questions which were swiftly answered via Facebook messenger, and by phone, and the whole suit was dispatched and arrived within a couple of days. The value and quality was absolutely first rate, and a very significant margin cheaper than competitors. All in I paid about £230, where hiring with Moss Bros would have been £160. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this extremely professional outlet.

'Great suits'

My youngest son got married this year in September, these guys have really great suits, and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially love the waistcoats. Everything was perfect for us. Just go to look, you won't be disappointed.

I was very happy with the entire experience. The suit jackets fitted perfectly,and arrived in just a couple of days. One pair of trousers was missing, but a quick and very comfortable phone call later, and the overlooked item was delivered the next day, No fuss. Very polite gentleman on the phone, who could not apologise enough for the oversight. I would use them again for definite and recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with quality and service from Richard Paul. My husband bought a white dinner jacket black shirt and red bow tie. I have just added to this with a white one. Whether you are in their shop in Stratford upon Avon or online the service is old style. Excellent knowledge of their clothes and measurements of their customers and a genuine willingness to help to make sure you are happy . A lot of stores could take a leaf out of their book.
