Amazing Suits!

my experience at House of Cavani was nothing short of amazing! the fit of the suits is sublime and the fabrics are exceptional. I couldn't believe the value for money for these cracking 10/10 suits

The perfect fit!

Having tried on a range of different suits it was difficult to know which one to choose. However, when I tried on the Cavani Caridi suit for the first time, I just knew that it had to be the one I would get married in. It fit as if it was tailored just for me without needing any major alterations. The finish is stylish and comfortable and really helped me and my groomsmen look the part on my wedding day.
If you’re looking for a suit for your wedding day you have to give Cavani a try - you will not regret it!

Perfect colour

Was originally just looking for a 2 piece suit and ended up with a 3 piece, the tie, pocket square and shoes. Everything is really lovely and brilliant quality!

Great Service

Avoid these scammers like the plague

We visited the Birmingham store in person on 24th February to get groom and groomsmen suits. The two store assistants were completely gormless and didn't approach us or help in the slightest. They sat behind the desk on their phones and were completely disinterested in the customers. We then ordered the suit from House of Cavani online but decided to send it back. The customer service is shocking. They don't bother to respond in a timely manner so I opened a dispute with PayPal as they weren't showing any signs of refunding me. They started pressuring me to close the case before they refunded me which I refused to do and PayPal themselves said if I was to close the case I definitely wouldn't get a refund as that's a common scam!

They've since 'refunded' me via an echeque on PayPal which isn't clearing (10 days and counting) - meaning I'm still £160 out of pocket when the suit was sent back weeks ago.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Fantastic service from David

We visited the Birmingham store for our wedding suits with a private appointment where nothing felt too much trouble. We didn't know what style we were after and David was very helpful and helped us try on over 15 different suits. My husband went for the Caridi Olive in the end with black trousers which looked fantastic. Really happy with the service and quality of suit, everyone said how smart they looked.

Brilliant Company

Superb experience from A to Z

They have a wide range of suits - to cater for my 8 groomsmen and I.
We had many size alterations (after each groomsman visiting my house to try on guessed suit sizes) - they accommodated every return and replaced with a new size very fast, and without a fuss.
They were happy to negotiate a bulk-buy deal, and threw in a belt and some hats and belt instead of other freebies offered as part of their deals.

Luke and Matt in particular were very fast, friendly and attentive to my never-ending questions.

5* Service

We really can't recommend House of Cavani Chester enough. Great friendly and flexible service when picking suits. Staff were great and down to earth, no pressure from them. The quality of the suits were amazing and great value for money. Even with a slight last min hitch with shirt sizing a few days before they were straight in it and resolved the situation immediatly and made it all hassle free.
