Services Offered

Hungry Chefs uses locally sourced and high-welfare produce from Sicily and Southern Italy. Authentic Southern Italian speciality ingredients, such as Nduja, which is Calabrian spicy sausage, Fregola, which is Sardinian giant couscous, Bottarga, which is dried tuna fish or mullet roe, and anelletti which is Sicilian pasta rings, are also used.
