We have Kuoni stores across the UK where opening hours may vary. Our call centre is open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6am on Saturdays and from 11am to 4pm on Sundays and bank holidays

Helpful and nothing is too much trouble

We booked our honeymoon through Kuoni, the staff tailored a honeymoon to us and we added lots of extras to make it even more special to us, a once in a lifetime experience.

Very good service

Planning our honeymoon has been very easy and smooth! They have been extremely useful when I had an issue with my passport and helped us postpone it without losing anything!

Overall, we still recommend Kuoni as a travel agent.

Booking our trip through Kuoni was a positive experience overall. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during the booking process, and their attention to detail was impressive - i.e. dietary requirements and room preferences.

However, we encountered some difficulty contacting them to arrange extra excursions once our trip was booked. Despite this minor frustration, once we were able to reach someone, they were able to help us efficiently and we booked our excursions.

Overall, we still recommend Kuoni as a travel agent. Their expertise and customer service during the initial booking process were top-notch, and we felt well taken care of when on holiday by our local guide.

Saved the day with a huge surprise

We booked our honeymoon here and we couldn't be happier with our stay, the service and the price. Thank you so much for all your help sorting all the finer details, and for helping me to arrange a surprise for my new wife. Everything went perfectly, despite much worrying from my end!

Amazing honeymoon!

A massive thank you to kuoni and especially our holiday rep Josie, she was brilliant at explaining to us all of our honeymoon options and was always quick to reply if we had any questions over email, we had an amazing honeymoon which just kept getting better and better as it went on!
