Gary and Rachel planned our honeymoon from scratch. They really impressed us when we met them with knowledge of some many places, flights, excursions and hints and tips. They really did so much for us it felt like a real personal touch and friendship was made during it. We jetted off to the Maldives for 14 Nights and a honeymoon special; was organised for us which was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend Timeless Escapes .

Angela was incredible right from the very start! She held a zoom meeting with us to find out our likes and dislikes to ensure we would have the perfect honeymoon. Her knowledge and professionalism shone through, presenting us with destinations that would meet our criteria. Not only did Angela find us the prefect hotel and location, her offer included so many extra perks such as a private transfer, direct flights, upgraded room and a romantic meal on the beach for less than what we could find a standard room and indirect flights work well known travel agents! She took the stress away around the busy wedding period by checking us in to the hotel so we had less to worry about. We could not recommend Angela enough, we loved her service so much that we have continued to book further holidays with her. Thank you Angela for being such a kind, patient and supportive professional.

I can’t recommend Elena enough! My wife is a fairly nervous flier and couldn’t face the idea of a long flight. We thought our honeymoon dream of a secluded oasis with beaches, spa and amazing seas was not to be until we found Elena at a wedding fair. She listened, understood and gave us the truly inspired suggestion of Hillside Beach Club in Turkey. We hoovered up all the information we could and took the plunge. A truly wonderful honeymoon that we never thought possible. Elena showed the personal touch we hadn’t found elsewhere and the level of service was second to none. She even arranged for a bottle of wine to be waiting for us when we arrived at our room! Exceptional. We’ve since booked another holiday with her and trust her judgement completely. Sarah has been absolutely incredible in helping organise our travels. She listened to each and every one of my requests (no matter how big or small!) and really got to know us as a couple before giving any recommendations, which made us feel very special and safe as we could tell we were in good hands. Her professionalism, knowledge and personal approach is what will keep us returning to Sarah for any future travel plans. I really couldn’t recommend her enough!!!

Dale was amazing from start to finish. We asked him to supply a 2 week honeymoon in the Maldives. He gave us several options to choose from and helped us to choose the right option for us. He explained everything to us at all times. When our flights had to be changed he talked us through the options and when they had to be changed again, he arranged with the airline so that we didn’t have to incur the extra costs ourselves. Whenever we had a question, he was always happy to help and always got back to us quickly. He sent the documents we needed and reminded us to check in and fill out all documents. Dale was wonderful and gave us our dream honeymoon at a much lower price than we could find online, especially when you consider that we upgraded to a deluxe water villa and seaplane transfers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for future holidays.

We booked our honeymoon here and we couldn't be happier with our stay, the service and the price. Thank you so much for all your help sorting all the finer details, and for helping me to arrange a surprise for my new wife. Everything went perfectly, despite much worrying from my end!

It was a thoroughly planned honeymoon, perfectly tailored to our needs and wishes! The flexibility that the agency demonstrated was most impressive, as they were more than willing to make all alterations necessary to cater our needs! We made all the arrangements via e-mail and received fast and efficient responses every step of the way. We planned together every day of our trip and its activities, the agency offered many alternatives and smart suggestions, and never tried to impose its ready-made packages on us. The result was a wonderful 7-day vacation, during which all our plans ran smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing! That was the most important of all I think...that our only "job" was to enjoy our honeymoon and have every detail taken care of! Our transfers were always on time, the guides were polite and knowledgeable and the hotels that the agency helped us choose were exactly what we wanted. Even more "touching" was the fact that Luis, the head of the agency, kept his mind on us even when there were no activities scheduled and swiftly made suggestions for the day/evening when we needed them. Without us knowing as were already on the plane, he even made reservations for us to see our favourite band when he heard they were playing on the evening of our arrival!! In all, I was impressed with the service and, having travelled a lot, that is number 1 on my list, when choosing an agency. Many things can go wrong when one plans a vacation online, but Havana Unique can surely be trusted. I have already recommended it to friends who have arranged for their honeymoon in April, they too were very satisfied from the agency's response and are looking forward to their trip!
