We hired a wedding marquee for our wedding. The marquee itself was fine and the team building was good. I'm leaving a poor review because of the appalling customer service we received. Right from the start of booking, we were super clear that we were hiring our venue so had no flexibility with the dates that the marquee could be put up and taken down. Each time a received an invoice, the build dates were wrong. Everytime, I got in touch and was assured the team would be able to meet our build/ take down dates.
Despite me being clear in person, over the phone and in multiple emails, they team still arrived early to build the marquee and late to dismantle it leading to us having issues with our venue.
That is disappointing in itself but when we rang the company to find out when the marquee would be removed, they swore at us! I've since emailed to complain and have had my emails ignored.

Dealing with this company and worrying about when they would remove the marquee really cast a dark cloud over our wedding.
