I wanted to plan a surprise party at home for my partner's 30th birthday. After a quick Google search, I contacted RV Canvas Marquees after seeing their website and previous positive reviews.

The team were quick to respond and we arranged a visit to assess the space etc. at a super convenient time for myself (as I had to make sure my partner wasn't around).

Everything was explained clearly and the planning began. I was given lots of choices to tailor the service, including bars, tables, decorations and much more.

On the day of the build, I wasn't going to be around so the team asked me for a point of contact who could come and sign off the build, making sure everything was perfect. I was initially nervous but everything went as smoothly as I could've hoped. The party was a huge success and everybody loved it.

Then 2 days after the party, the team came and took the tipi down in just a few hours.

I would highly recommend RV Canvas Marquees and will definitely be considering them for any future events.

There was a minor hiccup where one of the decorations was damaged in transit, but the team made the call to replace it and have offered a refund for that section of the tipi. Super quick resolution and it couldn't have been handled any better. Really professional!

Wow - where do we start!

Margaret and the team were absolutely spot on from start to finish, they made the whole process seamless and we are so pleased that we chose them for our wedding setup and experience.
The triple hat tipi looked absolutely stunning and was everything that we had hoped for and more. We went for the full package with a walkway with festoon lighting, a stage, a fully stocked and manned bar. We also asked Margaret to take care of the floral decor inside which really set it apart!

Nothing was too much trouble and they put us at ease with every conversation that we had!

I would highly recommend using Margaret and the team, we would do it all again tomorrow if we could. Everyone commented how amazing it was. So happy!

Excellent communication and service, we were made up with our marquee wedding. Would highly recommend.

The team surveyed the site on two seperate occasions to ensure every detail was to be perfect for the wedding day. They provided helpful support regarding layout options. At set up and take down, the team were very professional, polite and very helpful. They ensured everything was safe and left the site tidy and safe for our livestock to return too. I highly recommend Margaret, James and the team.

Our wedding weekend was without a doubt the best weekend of our lives. A large part was down to Margaret, David and the team at Ribble Valley Canvas Marquees. Margaret was just wonderful from the first meeting, helping us through every process of planning. We were in expert hands and they provided a service that completely exceeded our expectations. The marquee itself was exquisite and we had so many compliments about how beautiful our wedding was. One guests described it.. “ your wedding was like a Pinterest board.” It was the most magical day, we wish we could do it all over again.

We weren't sure whether or not to go down the route of a marquee thinking it would be too much hassle and be easier using a venue. David and Nick took all the headache away from all of that and put our mind at rest. This resulted in a perfect special day to remember. Unbelievable marquee! We had a wedding in the garden and the marquee was beautiful. The service was brilliant for start to finish. Any questions were answered quickly. The lads setting up and taking down the marquee were so professional and worked so hard. They gave advice for what we could do with the sides and dance floor to make the most of the marquee and were careful to ensure our gates were closed to ensure the dogs were safe. The marquee was a focal point for our wedding and everyone commented on how beautiful it was.

The team at Ribble Valley marquees have been amazing from start to finish of our wedding planning process. Margaret and team not only came to survey the venue, they have consistently gone out of their way to help us plan our perfect day - making the wedding planning much easier than it otherwise would’ve been. Unfortunately we’ve had to cancel due to our original venues backing out but we sincerely want to thank everyone at Ribble Valley for everything they’ve helped us with and we will be recommending your services to everyone and anyone.

We needed a bespoke venue for our wedding after most fixed venues came back to us saying they could host our guest numbers, so we looked for a marquee.

After meeting Margaret and David at a wedding event in Kendal, the process of putting together a proposal which met our needs was effortless. Everything we asked for was catered for and more, and the list of optional extras really were optional, nothing was forced or sold to us, but each detail we did opt for made a huge difference to our day. We were kept in the loop at all times and had a site visit months ahead of the date to ensure that there were no surprises, everything would fit and logistically there were no blockers. The setup team were amazing and despite the weather conditions, the marquee was ready ahead of schedule for our internal decorating to take place. We also opted for the in-house bar, which was ran brilliantly with plenty of staff all night ensuring nobody went without their favourite drinks. The team also sorted out all of the licensing for drinks and music with the local council, another stress taken care of.

We opted for the largest marquee they had available at the time, and even with 215 guests, 230 including evening guests, there was more than enough room for everyone to be seated, enjoy their food, socialise with a drink or two and dance on the dance floor. When I say more than enough, I really mean it - the room felt huge.

All in all, we were very well looked after and one of the most stressful elements of organising the wedding (finding the venue) was taken care of with little to no stress.

Thank you to RV Canvas for making our dream wedding become a reality and for all their hard work in the lead up to and after the big day. The tipi was spectacular and everything we ever hoped for and it was incredible to have it in a location that was so personal to us as a family.

We had an absolutely perfect wedding day. We used Ribble valley marquees brand new 5 pole marquee with the solid oak floor inside. This was put up by David and his team on the top of our farm. We couldn’t have asked for more David and Margeret went above and boutons to ensure that our day went by effortlessly.
