Wedding Marquee & Tipi Hire in West Yorkshire

BAR Events UK were recommended to us by our wedding venue. We told the venue we were interested in creating a games tent at our wedding where we could put arcade machines for guests to play on in the evening. I got in touch with BAR Events UK and explained what we were looking for. They gave us a couple of options and were happy to send photographs, video examples and measurements of their options to help us decide what to choose. We went with the mini teepee which included fairy light decorations on the inside and really complemented our wedding venue. BAR Events UK were happy to liaise directly with the wedding venue to organise the set up and take down of the teepee so we didn’t have to deal with any of the logistics. They set up for us the day before the wedding and took down a couple of days after the wedding so this was perfect for us. We were so happy with the team and the teepee and would definitely recommend them.

I would recommend elite events to everyone. They are affordable and they go above and beyond to make dreams reality. I had a fairy tale themed wedding and they completely understood the assignment. Meg is friendly and professional and has a great creative talent. Can't thank you guys enough!

We used one of James Dabbs' marquees for our wedding in September and it was absolutely magical - the lighting and draping were beautiful, and we had windows all the way along looking out into the garden. The dancefloor was incredible - a starry sky, disco ball and checkerboard floor. I'm so glad we did the reveal as our guests were so impressed. It looked utterly amazing in real life and in the photographs! Mr Dabbs and his team had thought of everything - we knew they knew exactly what they were doing, and the set up was very smooth. Thank you for making our day so special!

I couldn't recommend White Rose highly enough. Both the product and the service were excellent. The tent itself was stunning. The stretch look is so stylish compared to the traditional marquee and I found it sat so much better in a natural environment than an ugly rectangular box marquee. The overall effect is so dramatic and beautiful. There was loads of room without it being a huge soulless space, so we achieved a nice level of intimacy even with 100 guests and still had plenty of room to dance. The tent itself was spotless and expertly put up. By day the natural light through the canvas was so warm and beautiful and by night the team created the most spectacular array of lights for an amazing dance-floor atmosphere, so don't forget to ask them what else they can offer. I also used some of their decorations which were so beautiful and creative. Patrick and his team work tirelessly to realise your dream venue and work without mess or hassle so you're able to focus on what you need to be doing. The team were professional and charming and I would definitely use them again. When I look at my wedding photos I'm so pleased with how photogenic the tent was too, both inside and outside. Also, I did my homework at the time and I definitely got the best deal going. White Rose are amazing value for money. I don't think I could've done better, whatever the cost.
