We are a small marquee company that specialises in Traditional Pole Marquee Weddings. We have a vast knowledge within the wedding and event industry with over 70 years of combined experience between our team. We pride ourselves upon an ethos of quality over quantity, only taking on one wedding marquee booking per week. This gives our couples the absolute focus and dedication they require from us for their special day and access to our entire stock range and services.

Services Offered

Willow & Forde offers competitively priced all-inclusive packages that include everything our couples need to create their perfect Wedding Marquee and some additional items to enhance their package. A typical week for our couples would see our team arriving on site first thing Tuesday morning to erect our beautiful traditional Petal Pole Marquee, with a full installation completed by no later than Thursday evening, allowing our couples all day Friday to make the marquee their own, along with set up from additional suppliers - caterer, bar, decor, flowers etc. Their perfect day would then take place on the Saturday, followed by Sunday clear-up from suppliers. We would then pack down on the Monday, with the site completely cleared.

• 12m x 24m Petal Pole Marquee with our signature full Fairy Lit Canopy inside the marquee, Festoon Sail and Silhouette for outside the marquee, plus coloured Wall Wash Lights inside

• Straight Rustic Bar Unit with 3no sets of Tolix style Poseur Tables and Bar Stools
• Matted Entrance Walkway and W.C Walkway lined with Festoon Lighting and Shepherds Crooks
• 2no Gas Heaters that can be used to provide Warm and Cold air
• 6m x 6m Catering Marquee connected to Petal Pole Marquee, Hard Standing Flooring, Led Lighting, Electric Points and Distribution, plus 10 no Catering Trestle Tables.
• Fire Extinguishers for the Catering Marquee and Bar
• Delivered, Installed, Packed down and Collected, anywhere within a 100 mile radius.
