MOBILE BAR PACKAGES

With our full Events and Mobile Bar packages, you can just sit back, relax and leave to us to organise the whole event from start to finish, leaving you free to focus on your guests, friends and enjoy your memorable day. (With this package, you pay for a fixed number of drinks, and your guests can enjoy free drinks from our Cocktail Menu. You can increase the number of drinks on the day of the event as you need)

–All-Inclusive Unlimited Packages

(With the Unlimited Packages, you pay a price per head for each of your guests so that they can enjoy unlimited free drinks for up to five hours. You can extend/decrease the time if required, and we will provide you with the best competitive offer)

–Cash Bar Hire

(4 different options available. With this package, you pay a low initial fee, we provide all stock, and everything required on the day. We will charge your guests drinks at a low price. You will be able to make cash-back for yourself based on our sales)

–Dry Bar Hire Packages

(With this package, we will provide Staff, Mobile Bar, and Glassware, depending on your requirements. You will be responsible for all Spirits, Mixers, and other ingredients, including ice)

CASH/CARD BAR HIRE AND CASH BACK

• Option 1:
• Choose one of the All-Inclusive Pre-paid drinks package bases on the number of your guests
• We provide everything, including a bar, staff, glassware, ingredients
• Guests will pay for their own drinks
• The Expected sales return will be the cost of the package you have chosen
• The Host will pay the initial cost of the package in full and get it back at the end of the event.
• If the full sales return has not been met, the host will get back only the difference in sales.
• Option 2 :
• No charges for you, but there will be an expected sales return based on the number of guests
• On the day if sales expectation is not met, the host (you) will have to pay the remaining of the agreed balance.
• Option 3:
• You pay the expected sales return in advance and get it back on the same day once the sales return has been met.
• If sales return is not met, you will only get the difference back.
• Option 4: For Festivals or Events with over 700 guests
• A profit share can be agreed between us and the Event Organiser.
