Fabulous service!

Stacey and the team were brilliant, both throughout the booking process and during our wedding. We had a horse box bar outside in the afternoon which our guests loved, and then a 12ft bar in our tent for the evening. Our guests all commented on the brilliant range and affordable prices of drinks that were on offer. We bought a package from Albert and Charlie's that really worked for our wedding: toast drinks, water for the tables and drinks tokens so that guests could get any drink of their choosing. They provided glasses and had plenty of staff going round collecting these throughout the event. This is the perfect bar to hire if you are planning a wedding from scratch or have booked a dry hire venue!

Marvellous bars!!!

We hired the indoor bar for our wedding reception, the bar looked amazing on the day and we were really happy with how they decorated the bar with the same flowers to compliment our theme.

The drinks options were great with lots of Gin based cocktails, which I had requested when booking. I found the process from start to finish really smooth and nothing ever seemed to be a problem when I contacted them.

LGBT Winter Wedding

We hired the Piano bar as a cocktail bar for our Christmas themed wedding.

Firstly, we initially were attracted to the company as they are LGBTQ owned, as a Lesbian couple this made us feel at ease and comfortable straight away. We had a call with Stacey and we knew that we would book after the first 5 minutes, she put us at ease and was full of enthusiasm to hear about our plans and who we are, which was lovely!

At the wedding the team working were great and provided a fantastic service to our family and friends. I loved the fact Stacey took the time to follow up with us afterwards and hear more about the day.

Regardless of being LGBTQ or hetro, we think the service provided was high standard and would recommend them to anyone who wants to hire a cool bar setup with inclusive staff and fit drinks.

Pandemic Wedding

We hired Albert and Charlie's bar originally for our wedding in 2020, however due to Covid we had to cancel the booking twice! They couldn't have been more understanding and supportive in helping us move the booking. This made a stressful situation a lot less so and I am very grateful for this.

We finally had our day in 2022 and the bar and staff looked great and provided a high quality service throughout. They quickly setup our welcome drinks (last minute as it started raining outside!) and made a real positive impression amongst our guests.

Thank you for all of your help throughout and for providing such a great service on the day.

Thank you for a great experience

What can I say, This company made my wedding day! Absolutely amazing service. Darren got my vision after the 1st call, he was the only business that actually came out to view the venue in advance.

They kept in touch up until the day, which really put my mind at ease, especially as I was regularly having to chase up other suppliers.

The Bar looked stunning and the service was super fast and friendly, thank you again Darren & Team.

Wedding & engagement bar hire

We used Albert & Charlie Bar for both our engagement party and Wedding! On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed working with Stacey ahead of the day to plan out our menu and itinerary.

Due to unexpected bad weather we had to move our venue inside (we had initially booked the Horse-box) before I even considered this, Darren had called me to highlight the weather forecast and provide options, which really impressed us! The team even showed up the day before to setup our bar inside and ensure sufficient space for our guests and other suppliers.

The bar looked great and the choice of drinks is vast! the cocktails are delicious and the team are hardworking and always have a smile!

It was such a pleasure having Albert & Charlies make our celebrations extra special and we would recommend them to anyone seeking a premium bar service.

Wedding bar hire 2023

We hired the Horse-box and little Tuk Tuk bar for a large Tipi style wedding on private land. I found the process of booking and finalising the menu was really easy and enjoyable from the outset. Stacey clearly loves what she does and it came across every time we spoke or emailed!

It was so refreshing working with a business who seemed just as excited about our wedding as us! The bars on the day had our guests constantly commenting on how beautiful the drinks and bars were, we are really happy we chose Albert and Charlies and would use them again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful service

We hired Albert & Charlie for our wedding in 2021 which we then had to move to June 2022, luckily the team where very accommodating and made us feel like we didn't have to worry about anything bar related! We opted for an open bar package for 4 hours and then have guests pay thereafter, our concern was that for the period of 4 hours as the drinks where free to guests, we could end up with a lot of drunk people on our special day! thankfully Stacey and Darren where great at ensuring no-one had to much to drink! They provided water and soft drinks to anyone who seemed a little too drunk and handled the conversation with ease and fun to avoid offending someone. The drinks provided where all premium quality and our guests could no get enough of our signature cocktail choices! All in all, we are so satisfied with the service provided throughout and could not recommend this company more! Thank you so much for contributing to making our day so special. Mel and Gary

A wonderful business and beautiful bars!

As a couple who both work in hospitality the bar (both the visual setup and service) was a really important part of our wedding. We spent a lot if time looking for a bar to compliment our rustic/boho style and finally found the Horse-box beauty!

We have been so impressed with the level of communication and the ease of planning provided by Stacey and her team, from the initial enquiry until the day itself, everything we wanted was delivered. The team arrived promptly and the bar setup looked amazing! The bar team provided a memorable service and guests raved about the drinks choices (especially the cocktails!)

We can't thank you guys enough, you massively delivered and helped to make our day so special!

Thank you for making our day extra special

When planning a wedding, one of the difficult parts we found, was ensuring everything came together in a way that complimented our day and ensured the day ran smoothly. I spoke with stacey on the telephone on numerous occasions throughout and each time she made us feel at ease with our choice to go with Albert and Charlie’s for our bar service. Our wedding was large with 250+ guests, Stacey advised us to have both an indoor and outdoor bar to cater for our guests, this was such a great idea and at no point did we see more than a few people queuing! We ran a tab bar which Darren regularly monitored and provided me an update on the budget left. The drinks and service provided to our guests couldn’t have been better, we are eternally grateful for everything you did for us on the day and leading up to our wedding. Thank you so much.

A fantastic company with a huge passion for what they do!

We hired Albert & Charlie’s for our wedding and from the first contact we knew it was a great choice. The attention to detail and support they provided even before we met was fantastic! On the day we had asked they setup 6 hours before service to ensure everything was good to go, Stacey and the team accommodated this and even helped with an issue one of our other caterers faced which was above and beyond our expectations! Now to the important part! The cocktails were delicious! Many of our guests commented on how wonderful the team were and they really contributed massively to making our day so special! So much so our maid of honour is currently in the process of booking them, so see you again soon! Thanks so much!

Fantastic Company!

Our experience of Alberts and Charlie’s absolutely faultless.
Firstly, the bar itself is fabulous. We were hosting a small garden party and it really elevated the event. All our guests absolutely loved it, and the range of cocktails the girls served was great.
Staceys communications were prompt, clear and friendly throughout, and that great service really translated on the day. Nothing was too much bother and they left the garden absolutely spotless. It’s also worth noting the thoughtful touches Stacey puts into things: from lawn games to personalised menus... Stacey is very passionate about her business and it really shows!
