Bubbly Bars is a family run mobile bar hire service in and around the Essex area.

Our products and services can be anything from just hiring the bar equipment to supplying a complete fully stocked bar with staff. If a venue already has a bar set-up but you require bartenders to serve, we can provide this option. We have an array of packages such as paid bar per head, hire only, pay-as-you-go etc... we cater our services to your event and your specific needs.

We are not just a cocktail making company or a prosecco popping band, we pride ourselves in standing out from the rest and offer a complete service from draught beer with our ultra modern and compact cool plate beer dispensers to having a variety of spirits, wine, cider and soft drinks available to enjoy.Welcoming drinks and cocktail/mocktail lists are also available upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I require a Temporary Events Notice for my event?

Possibly, all venues and locations are subject to requiring a Temporary Events Notice (TEN), especially if using a mobile bar service. You will require a TEN's if you are supplying and selling any product for example a pay as you go bar, on or at a property that doesn't have permission to supply and sell these products already. If a TENs notice is required for your event, we will obtain this on your behalf as part of our package.

Do you offer a token service, so that we can buy our guests a drink and then have a pay as you go bar after?

Yes, we have a lot of part-paid events each year by the bridal party or their families, who want to treat their guests but in a reasonable and affordable manner; a lot of bridal parties use a float rather than a token service, however a token bar ensures each guest receives a drink whereas a float doesn't.

Do you offer welcoming drinks, and if so what would you suggest as a welcoming drink?

Yes we do, it completely depends on the party and their personal preference, a lot of people go for a Prosecco/Champagne option, but not everyone likes fizz. We offer bespoke welcoming drink options from Pimms to Draught Beer, Prosecco to a Tequila Shot. Even personalised cocktails created specifically for the bride/groom; groom/groom; bride/bride.

What draught options can you provide?

We have the option of up supplying and dispensing up to 4 different types of lager, ale, cider or any other drink offered in kegs that you can think of, using our cold plate beer dispensers, where you get ice cold drinks at the pull of a tap.

What venues will I be able to have a mobile bar at?

You can have a mobile bar anywhere, some venues will charge a corkage fee if you request an outsourced supplier to the one they supply. Our most regular type of venues however are Marquee parties; or Garden/Home receptions where the bridal party may go abroad for their nuptials and have the reception on someone's land that they know or that belongs to them.

What Equipment do you provide?

This again, depends on the event itself and what the venue already has at the bridal parties disposal. But for a full service we have a double LED bar, 2 bar fridges, glasses or poly-carbonate glasses, freezer, draught beer dispensers, bar staff, kilns, garnishes, a vast range of spirits, wines, soft drinks, beers etc... and of course the set-up and removal of all the equipment after the event.
