Whether you're hosting an event in the heart of the town or at a large park and open space, our professional and experienced team will arrive within ample time, safely set up our beautifully decorated 1960s vintage converted caravan, and welcome your guests with a smile and a welcoming professional attitude every time to a fully stocked bar serving premium brand spirits and drinks; craft beers; locally distilled and sourced ciders; prosecco and fizzy non-alcholic options; soft drinks (kid friendly) and hot drinks (coffee; tea and hot chocolate).

Bluey can include canopy shelters, patio heaters, and outdoor seating with other exclusive perks! From their luxurious bar, they specialize in providing alcoholic beverages, chilled refreshments, and afternoon teas.

Services Offered

Horizon Experiences have invested in the latest technology, and premium brands (but with the option of exploring craft and locally distilled where possible), seating, and heating to ensure your guests are satisfied and comfortable throughout your event relieving some of the pressure of the day and freeing you up to enjoy your special day!

We're proud to provide bar services that are both professional and affordable in 3 different options to suit your budgets (accepting cash or card):

Full bar hire: POA

• A fully decorated Bluey with accessories
• Licensing (if required)
• A bar menu including hot drinks (personalized, or we can offer our professional opinion based on your event including custom cocktails; pimped prosecco stations and bespoke arrival drinks)
• Experienced and dedicated staff
• Biodegradable plastic glasses and straws
• Garnish's
• Pay per person for each guest OR set up a running tab with an agreed limit. Once the limit is hit revert to a cash/card bar.

Cash Bar: (popular option)

• A fully decorated Bluey with basic accessories
• Provide an extensive and competitively-priced menu
• Guests to purchase their own drinks at the bar, as they would at any other venue

Dry hire:

• We supply Bluey and all his equipment including ice buckets; serve-ware and fridges along with staff
• You supply the drinks (more than happy to support you with menu recommendations)

We can also help with your wedding toast drinks and table wine for the wedding breakfast from our extensive and growing wine suppliers. Please enquire for more details on this.
