JD Bars & Coffee supplied the bar for our DIY wedding in May 2023. They were absolutely wonderful from first enquiry til the end of the night!

They provided a large bar for our guests that looked absolutely stunning and was kept pristine all evening. The staff on the bar were experienced and friendly. They told us in advance that if we wanted anyone cutting off at the bar at any point they would help. Unfortunately we did need a guest who had drank too much cutting off and they dealt with it wonderfully!

They took requests for certain drinks to be available in advance that our families knew they liked. They also provided our choice of cocktails for the evening and wrote out personalised chalkboards with our drinks on. They kept in touch throughout the planning of our wedding and throughout the setting up of it.

Everything was well priced and delicious and we will absolutely use them again!

At my daughter and her fiancé’s 'engagement party ' ( actually a wedding reception after a secret wedding !) in August we were so fortunate to have Jane and Dan from JD Bars & Coffee Events looking after things drinkable !
From initial contact to constant questions from me, they were unfailingly fabulous- quick responses , understanding and making sure I knew they'd 'got this ' ( I was understandably keen that everything went perfectly)
We chose to have 2 kegs of draught beer, and a ‘dry bar’ where we supplied our own drinks/mixers etc. which was extremely cost effective. Glass hire was so useful too.
The bar was delivered and put together the day before to our patio, nothing was a trouble . Jane and Dan were just amazing. After meeting them the day od delivery I felt so reassured that they'd look after everyone , and they did - superbly ! The beer kegs were perfectly chilled in time for the reception the next day. We chose 4 different cocktails, all of which tasted delicious.
On the day they were such a part of the 'family' everyone thought we'd known them for years
I can’t wait to plan something else so I can have them back again.

Jane and Dan were fantastic from the first contact.

We received the pricing for everything we needed promptly and clearly.

J D arranged to meet at the venue prior to the wedding and setting up the position of the bar we easy.
They worked with the venue staff (who were a pain!) politely and pleasantly.

On the day of the wedding they were all set up four beers on tap ready to pour.
Reception drinks poured and handed out to guests on arrival. Then the toast drinks all served as required.

They didn’t clear all of the pre ordered drinks they were left out on the tables for guests to finish off!!

The quality and variety of drinks available was brilliant. Guests were saying it was just like their local.

We needed three large tables moving and the staff disappeared. Up steps Dan and got them moved without a problem.

I could mention so much more but I’ll bore you to death!!

To summarise, Jane and Dan are brilliant at their jobs helpful professional Ho sets and reliable.

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.
