Established since 2017, Neptune Bars believes in putting the client first, every time. When we start to work with a new client, we will not take their booking until we have actually met face to face, over a coffee, so that we can get a full understanding of your needs and to make sure we can offer the right service.

We only offer premium brands, so you won't find discount supermarket brands anywhere near your bar. Our wines are carefully selected from a local wine merchant, to ensure you won't find any Echo Falls with us. We offer 7 different whites, 7 reds and 7 roses in our wine fridges, plus over 60 different spirits on all of our bars.

Whilst we predominately are a bottle bar, from 2025, we will be offering selected draught lagers on all bars. We provid eeveryhting you will need for your bar, from the bars and fridges, through to the glasses, ice and garnishes - and we guarantee never to run out of anything, or we refund your booking fee.

Finally, from 1st January 2025, all of our drinks prices will be published on our website in the interests of full transparency.

Do I need a license for my bar?

If you are selling any alcoholic products from the bar, the a TENS license is required. Neptune Bars will apply for this on your behalf and we make no charge to the client.

Do you have a minimum spend?

No - we never tell you what to spend on your bar. All we ask is that you give us relatively accurate numbers for your wedding day, so that we can ensure sufficient staff.

Do you offer any drinks packages?

Yes, we offer several options for welcome drinks and reception drinks...and we can even offer tea and coffee if required. Whatsmore, we offer a 25% discount on all drinks packages when booked throigh Hitched.Co.Uk

What areas do you cover?

We are based just outside Canterbury in Kent, but cover East & West Sussex, Surrey, Essex and London.

Do you offer different types of bars, other than standard pay bars?

Yes, we do - from standard pay bars, token bars, bars with a limited free allowance, right up to unlimited open bars. We always rememeber that some, somewhere, is picking up the tab.
