Superb service- would highly recommend!

Fantastic service from the Iron Bar team throughout our wedding party. The team put the bar up the day before the wedding, supported behind the bar, keeping the marquee tidy and with all aspects of the wedding without hesitation! Would highly recommend Lynda and Tim to anyone planning a wedding and needing a bar!

Fantastic supplier

Highly recommend the iron bar - they served our drinks throughout the day at our wedding and nothing was too much trouble for them - to sourcing ice and a particularly special beer to us all the way to coordination on the day. I hope in the future we have a similar event where we can work with Tim and the Iron Bar team in the future.

Fantastic bar, staff and service

Couldn't recommend the Iron Bar more! We hired them for our wedding and it was the best decision we made. All of our requests were met, they went above and beyond, nothing was too much.

The Initial meet and great and a talk through what we wanted was brilliant. It was lovely to Meet Tim and put a face to a name, we had several emails back and forth discussing multiple things and Tim was really helpful, he responded in great detail to help guide me through the process and was always at the end of the phone for extra support/ advice. When we met we discussed everything down to every little detail as a step by step timeline throughout the day, this really helped me feel on control of what was going on even though everything was out of my control on the big day.

The staff were lovely and hard workers, never a big cue at the bar which was a concern of mine when searching for bars and reading some reviews. Honestly Tim and his staff couldn't do enough for myself, now husband and guests.

They went above and beyond

The communication leading up to our big day was fantastic and the Iron Bar were great at helping guide us through what we needed to think about and organise for a very do-it-yourself wedding in a marquee at home. They arrived when promised and there was no fuss on setting everything up and taking everything down the next day. The bar staff were really friendly and helpful on the day, and also very flexible, going above and beyond such as helping out with the canapés and collecting extra ice in wheelbarrows (!) on what turned out to be a very hot sunny day. The day wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without all their extra help and effort.

Our bar choice was really important and we definitely chose right!

With our friends and family being quite partial to a party, our bar choice was really important and we definitely chose right!

Tim, Lynda and the team were friendly and professional from initial contact and delivered a high level of customer service throughout the run up to our wedding as well as on the day itself.

Many of our guests commented on how lovely the bar team were. They slotted right into the vibe of our home wedding and we couldn't be more thankful.

The Iron Bar had some logistics to deal with on our day. From serving drinks in multiple locations to working with a space limiting tipi for the evening bar, but Tim and Lynda dealt with everything with a smile on their face and a "no problem" attitude. We felt like they really cared about our day being amazing which meant a lot.

The selection of drinks The Iron Bar provided was also excellent. We booked a drinks package for our day guests and a beautiful stocked bar for our evening, with the drinks on offer ticking all the boxes.

We are over the moon to have found The Iron Bar for our wedding day and they will now always be our go to supplier for special occasions.

Dry hire marquee bar

Tim and his team were fantastic on our day. The weather was so hot but all the drinks were perfectly chilled. The service keeping everyone topped up was amazing, including during the meal. The dry hire worked really well and Tim listened to what we needed for the day.

Exceptional Service

From first contact to the Wedding day, Iron Bar were absolutely fantastic. We provided our own alcohol and Iron Bar provided the staff, glasses, fridges and ice. Tim guided me on which drinks & how much alcohol/soft drinks to buy which was invaluable.
On the day, they were professional throughout and brilliant with our guests to create a fantastic atmosphere. They couldn’t do enough to make sure everything ran smoothly and I couldn’t be happier that they were part of our day. Thanks so much Tim and team!

Flexible, friendly and professional team

I chose the Iron Bar (Tim) for to provide a dry hire bar service for our wedding party after speaking to Tim. I liked his honest approach and suggestion that despite me enquiring about a drinks package that it would be in my interests to provide the drinks and use the Iron Bar's dry hire service (due to the large number of guests). Before our wedding party Tim provided guidance on the quantities of drinks to buy. Tim and his team were very organised and made sure all of the guests at our wedding party had drinks and did not have a long wait at the bar. They also helped serve guests canapés and kept the temporary venue we had tidy. I would recommend Tim and his team for other events.
