We're Nick & Lily. We are a family run, mobile bar based in Shropshire covering the west of England and Wales.
We have 3 beautifully unique hand-built bars to choose from, each with their own style perfect for any wedding whether it be festival-style celebrations or elegant reception- we've got a bar for you.
- The Original Bar is a lovingly converted Mercedes horsebox lorry with a custom-built bar and wood panelling. A strikingly unique addition, larger than your average horse box (8m x 5m) it's more than just bar. It certainly adds a new dimension and extra seating area to any outdoor wedding venue set up.The Bar is set up with 4 draught pumps, fully customisable signage and an outside awning.
- Our Second bar is a smaller horsebox bar (built during lockdown), called Amelie's after our daughter (3x3m). It's perfect for when space is tighter or numbers are smaller. Packed full of charm it has all the same capabilities behind the bar as our larger Original Bar just without the bulk.
- Tipsy's Indoor Bar. Its a beautiful rustic internal bar made from solid antique furniture. This is perfect for venues where the bar needs to be inside. Tipsy's bar is a full bar including draught pumps. Often at bigger events we turn this bar into a gin and fizz bar to work alongside our horsebox bars.
We pride ourselves on being fully customisable. You'll be able to decide on:
- A bar menu to suit you and your guests
- Personalise the signage, mirrors and decorations
- Do you want arrival drinks (e.g. Pimm's), bubbles for toasts, table wines or just the bar for the reception?
- Do you want lawn games, beer pong,additional bars or a pimp your drink station?
- Is a soft play for the children at your big day the perfect distration?
- Decide on the awning set up. Do you want seating, a lounge, a pub, a games room?
You decide.

Wedding Bar
Well what can we say about Nick and his team at White Label Bars other than they are nothing short of incredible. From the first meeting at a wedding fair to the clear up after the wedding every step was hassle free, clearly communicated and all our requests so very well catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. The bar is well stocked and we had 200 people by night they were all served very quickly. Everyone was so very impressed and the bar adds that something special to the day. The pimp your drinks station was a great addition and was very well received. Nick and his team are reliable, courteous, considerate and go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and ensure your guests have the best time. Highly recommended and we will certainly use White Label Bars for any future events.

Amazing and friendly service
Nick was responsive and helpful, made everything very simple for us and listened to what we wanted carefully. On the day, we heard fantastic feedback from our guests, mentioning how nice and friendly Nick was, and we can only agree! L'Amélie looked fantastic and definitely added to the charm of the venue, we will definitely contact White Label for any future events.

Such a fantastic experience
We hired white label to cater our wedding. Our event was very small and intimate and white label understood the assignment!
Their bar had great options for all our guests and the service both before the wedding and on the day was incredible.
Aside from the drinks white label provided lawn games that our guests absolutely loved it really made the day and we still have people talking about them!
Would 100000% recommend!

Perfect Bar Hire
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Nick was great throughout, with a variety of bar options to choose from for our wedding day. We opted for the indoor bar which was perfect, with an amazing variety of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. The communication was excellent with multiple video calls before the big day and the setup and take down was spot on. would highly recommend to anyone!

Professional, fun and worth every penny!
These really were the perfect suppliers - from personalising the bar itself, to bringing drinks we requested - nothing was too much to ask!
The lawn games we added on last minute were a BLAST and kept all our guests entertained all day long!

First Class Professional
Booked Nick 18 months or so before the wedding. We booked the ‘Big Bar’ never having seen it but knowing what it was and how well it would fit in with our day!
It really set the stage and was the perfect set up for our DIY wedding.
Nick supplied us with table wines. Toast drinks. Glass wear and our own choice of beers on tap!
He was a professional on the night and everyone was very impressed and complimentary about the bar!
It really added an atmosphere that you don’t get with your average wedding bar.

Just what we were after!
Picking a good bar was super important for our wedding. We are both beer enthusiasts and wanted the day to be authentic and rustic, and so began the search for a bar that matched this! We instantly loved the horse trailer bar offered by White Label Bar and Nick was great from start to finish. He offered us advice on what drinks to have on, whist also listening to us and our ideas. The final pump line up was a massive hit, with local lagers, ales and ciders to keep everyone happy. All the prices are extremely reasonable, and drinks tokens are available to purchase if you wish, a great way to say thanks to key people on the day! We would highly recommend White Label Bar to any friends or family that have events coming up. A huge thank you to all the guys involved!

Wedding bar hire
We hired the large horse box bar, Giant Jenga and tug of war rope ( which our guests loved) We opted to have welcome drinks provided too.
We were able to personalise the side of the bar with pictures and bunting, it also came with pullout awning, tables and benches which were super helpful.
It was fun and quirky, our guests all commented on how great it was - not just an ordinary bar.
Nick provided us with 5* service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. He helped us select a great bar menu and his communication was fantastic.

Personalised, Professional and Pragmatic!
Nick and his team were a seamless and pivotal part of our wedding day and the service was superb! Flexible, understanding and very accommodating! The two bars we had were superbly stocked and eye catching and a roaring success! The team helped us above and beyond and the staff were superb! Thank you!

Exceptional from start to finish
Nick and the team were absolutely incredible. The bar is so beautiful and suited our venue like it was made for it. We got so many compliments on it, the drinks were great, they accommodated us requesting a local brewery so we even had a local ale on tap. They couldn’t have been more friendly and professional, excellent communication thoroughout. We also got the beer pong table and it was so beautiful (which we weren’t expecting!) beautifully decorated by an artist, it was the classiest beer pong I’ve ever seen. The toast drinks were also great. Only regret is not getting any photos in there! Thank you so making our day so wonderful.

The perfect bar for our rustic wedding
Nick attended our wedding with what can only be described as the most BEAUTIFUL horse box! It was done out fantastically and suited the rustic theme of our wedding just perfectly!
Nick was attentive to detail from start to finish and so easy to work with when it came to deciding on drinks! Thank you so much for making our special day just the best day ever! And we will definitely be recommending you in future!

Flexible, professional and super friendly!
These guys couldn't have gone further to make sure we had everything we wanted for our day.
Friendly and approachable from the beginning they worked hard to make sure every aspect was personalised to us.
Guests couldn't get enough of the cool and quirky bar which made for fantastic photos and chat!

Perfect bar, perfect wedding!
Nick & Lily and the rest of the team at the White Label Bar were absolutely amazing!
Super quick to respond following first enquiry, and gave a fantastic impression at our very first zoom meeting … we were lucky enough to get first dibs on Amélie’s Bar, a small horse box bar named after their daughter :-)
Great listeners, and worked really hard to source local beers, ciders and some superb wine choices!
The bar was decorated beautifully, and they brought a gazebo for the pimp your own drink / pimms station as well as some extra tables for us.
They even managed to get the draught beer and cider installed just before our wedding day.
Professional, friendly and really personally tailored uniquely for our day, you could genuinely tell that they care and love what they do!
All guests had a fantastic time, couldn’t have hoped for better service, would definitely use them again as first choice for future events !!

The whole team at White Label Bar were outstanding from the outset. Communication was clear and concise and they executed everything brilliantly. Set-up and pack down was done with ease and the bar looked incredible. Nothing but praise and positivity from myself and all my guests. Fantastic drinks options and willing to accommodate and go the extra mile. Can’t rate them highly enough.
