Amp & Decks Entertainment is a wedding DJ and entertainment company based in Halstead, Essex. With 20 years experience, our goal is to give every client a professional, reliable customer experience. Our music library includes many of yesterday’s favourites and today’s top hits from the charts. Whether you’re looking for slow, romantic songs or classic hits that will have everyone dancing and singing along, we have you covered.

Services Offered

Amp & Decks Entertainment is proud to serve couples throughout Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Kent, Norfolk and London. Our wedding package features and options include a professional DJ, mobile disco, illuminated letters and numbers, a starlit dance floor, magic mirror photobooth and room decor. A magician is also available to wow your guests and to make your day truly magical.

We will discuss your requirements to ensure that all your needs are covered. Every wedding is different, so we dont offer an off the shelf package. We will build a bespoke packages just for you

How far in advance should I contact you?

It is never too early to book your entertainment. If you want to ensure that the entertainment you want is available, it is best to book as early as possible

Absolutely! although we do our best to plan for all musical scenarios, we do actively encourage requests

Since our inception, we have provided musical journeys for our happy couples for many years. We have covered all types of weddings from back garden receptions to stately homes, every wedding is unique

We request a minimum of 1 hour to prepare, although we will survey the venue and work to your requirements

Wedding DJ - Compasses at Pattiswick

We had Eddie DJ at our Wedding earlier this month and cannot fault him at all! He read the crowd perfectly and made sure there was something for everyone whilst keeping the party going. The only problem was that it went too quickly as we were having too much fun! we also booked our magic mirror through Amp & Decks which went down a treat. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks Eddie! Our wedding hero’s

Amp and decks basically saved the day when our previously booked DJ cancelled with just a few weeks till our big day.
We couldn’t fault amp and decks! Such an amazing wedding DJ.
Arranging everything with Eddie in the lead up was so easy and made us feel like we were in safe hands.
On the day amp and decks delivered! Everyone had a dance at one time of another. They really got a good atmosphere going for us for our wedding reception.

Amp and Deck we loved the quirky name of this DJ when we met Eddie we couldn't be happier. He was very friendly and catered to all our needs for an 80s party for our wedding reception he did the music for our whole day. He was great at getting the crowds going and on the dance floor.
