We recently partied our wedding night away in early August 2024 with incredible DJ Kelz on the decks in the evening, accompanied by the fabulous Vicki Watson on the saxophone.

We knew we had a preference for a DJ rather than a band from the get-go, but to be totally honest, had no idea where to start when it came to looking.

We were lucky enough to be pointed in Kelvin's direction by our videographer who had recently worked at a wedding with him and had nothing but great things to say about his work, how he kept the dance floor full throughout, and how much he brought the energy and party on the night. 

We cannot emphasise enough how much we agree with all of that.

From the moment we reached out to Kelvin, he was welcoming, responsive, and totally engaged with what sort of vibe we were looking for on the evening itself in terms of genre. We put together a couple of playlists for some inspiration, and left him to do the rest, which he did, faultlessly.

His set-up looked excellent, sounded excellent, and both Kelz and Vicki looked the part too. Our guests had nothing but great things to say and his mixes were excellent which meant the tunes relentlessly kept coming and just gave you that feeling that you didn't want to be anywhere else other than on the dancefloor. He was accommodating to any slight request that was sent his way, and it was just a genuine pleasure to have him run our show in the evening. The next day we were even treated to a few social media clips taken and edited by Kelvin himself that helped take us right back to the night before to keep the buzz going. 

We've already speculated several times since as to what event we could throw simply to be able to party like that for another night and experience it all again.

11/10 would recommend reaching out to BPM Events to anyone looking for a DJ on their wedding night. Don't hesitate on this one - just get him locked in early!

Kelvin was excellent from the beginning. Took the time to get to know us, what kind of music we like. He had me and my friends dancing to the early hours. Kelvin was really friendly on the day, accepting our guests song requests.

We first met Kelvin when visiting our venue a year before our wedding and after chatting to him for a short while, we knew we wanted him to be DJ on our big day! He is so calm and cool at all times.
Kelvin sorted all our sound tech for the day - including walking down the aisle, music for our drinks reception, a playlist for the meal and DJing our reception.
He was so organised and used us to create playlists for every aspect of the day - meaning he had such a clear idea of the music we really love.
I didn’t leave the dancefloor for the three whole hours and friends have said he’s by far the best DJ they’ve ever had the pleasure of partying with.
Kelvin was such an integral part of our day and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Wish we could do it again! May have to book him for my next big birthday!

We could not have been happier with choosing BPM events as our wedding DJ. Kelvin kept the dance floor full all night and we had multiple people comment on how awesome his music was. Kelvin is an INCREDIBLE DJ! He performed at our wedding and read the crowd perfectly to play an absolutely stonking mix of tunes which kept us glued to the dancefloor the whole night. I was waiting for one rubbish tune to nip to the loo and it just never came! Loads of our guests commented on how great the party was. We couldn’t be happier with his set. And he’s a proper nice guy too!

Kelvin was incredible! We had the best night ever and he didn’t get a song wrong he had everyone up dancing all night, he is a great DJ and really knows how to read the crowd!

It really was perfect.

My wife and I have quite different tastes to a lot of our wedding guests. After our first virtual meeting with Kelvin, we knew that he was the perfect DJ for us. We loved the fact that he is not your typical cheesy wedding DJ. We gave him a brief of what we were looking for and he completely exceeded our expectations. Both my wife and I, as well as all our guests, loved every minute of his set. Despite being one of the hottest days of the year, we had guests who didn’t leave the dance floor all night.

Music and performance aside, Kelvin was really professional and likeable throughout the process and understood what we were after with minimal instruction and then brought it to life.
