We had the pleasure of having Ally as our DJ for our wedding on 30th August 2024. He really didn’t disappoint! The dance floor was never empty. His interaction with guests was great and the ceilidh part with a caller was amazing. The atmosphere he created was great and all our guests danced the whole night because of him! He touched base with us plenty of times before the day and we felt so reassured that he knew exactly what he was doing.

Ally was the best! So accommodating at our wedding, nothing was too big or too small for him, any questions we had he answered very quickly, he kept in contact throughout the year before our wedding and always kept our mind at ease which was amazing for me as planning a wedding is stressful enough! The quality of the photos from his Photo Booth are up there with some of the best! Ally is one of the funniest people I’ve ever met and he had me in fits of giggles throughout our evening! He also managed too get our autistic son to join the party which we will be forever grateful for, if your looking for a Dj book ally! 😊

From intial contact Ally was fantastic! He kept in touch in the long run up to our wedding day, providing us with extra options for entertainment as well as taking an interest in our favourite songs etc. Before the wedding day he requested some details so he could tailor the evening to make it special for us, which he nailed flawlessly. From the onset of the reception the dance floor was full and Ally kept our guests entertained with games and great banter, all our guests complimented him. Nothing was issue, even the last minute request for an emo/rock half hour which he filtered in perfectly! Some guests liked Ally so much that they have managed to book him for their own wedding. From start to finish, Ally made it so easy to work with and remained professional whilst also being friendly, we could not recommend his services enough!

After booking Ally for our engagement party back in 2021, we knew that we wanted to book him for our wedding in 2024! He had the dance floor packed pretty much all night with his song choices (minus when the buffet was opened and everyone ran for a drunken scran!), and played all the songs that our guests had requested on their wedding rsvp’s. He gathered as much information as possible prior to both our engagement party and our wedding day which made it feel so much more personal to us! We also paid extra for his HD photography which is highly recommended as he got some amazing pictures of both us and our evening guests! He always responded to any messages sent so quickly, and is a really friendly, cheeky chappy kind of guy who interacted with all our guests and even came dressed for the occasion with his kilt on which I thought was amazing! He definitely deserves his wedding Dj awards that he already holds, and I’m sure there will be many more to come for him! Highly recommend Ally to anyone needing a Dj for any occasion!

We had Ally hired to DJ at our wedding, and safe to say all our guests had a ball! I was never off that dance floor. Ally listened to our likes and dislikes, as well as seeking songs from our guests which was a lovely touch.

Ally was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Not only professional and amazing at what he does but the most genuine nice guy with brilliant banter. He made our wedding reception by far the most amazing night for everyone that attended. Not only did he provide the entertainment for our reception, he also provided us with HD photography and a digital phone booth for our guests to make use of. Communication was always prompt and we received our images and digital recordings within 10 days of the event. Cannot recommend him enough!!

If you’re looking for a good Scottish wedding party then Ally is what you’re looking for! Went above and beyond for us, played alongside Felix the Sax Cat and got some footage we would have never got whilst we were right in the middle of it all! I danced the whole night and all requests our guests asked for were played!

Ally was a brilliant DJ for our wedding reception. We’ve had lots of feedback from our guests saying he was one of the best DJ’s they have seen and he really got everyone up on the dance floor… we had a varied mix of ages and he catered to everyone from the tots to the more mature generation
