Emily performed at our recent wedding in September held at Bowers Mil, and wow was she perfect.

She is the definition of warmth. Though we only had her for a short time during our drinks reception, she set the tone of our wedding perfectly and all of our guests commented on how wonderfully she sang. She was so flexible and when we were blessed with some sunshine hot footed it outside to accompany our photos and drinks.

Her repertoire is so extension you’re bound to have songs right for you. She was really communicative throughout the whole planning process which put me totally at ease. She is such a talent AND a lovely person.

Emily! Wow! What can I say! You are absolutely amazing! You brought so much joy and entertainment to our day! So many people came up to Jamie and I to just sing your praises! Everyone was admiring your stunning voice and sheer determination, you hardly stopped all day! We appreciate everything you did for our day. Where do we start… from the minute we booked Emily she was so attentive and helpful to every question and query we had on the run up to our wedding day! Honestly…just, wow! Emily was a perfect addition to our wedding. We booked her to sing for the ceremony and drinks reception, and I only wish we booked her for the whole day (and recorded everything!)

We are so thankful Emily was available for our wedding date and willing to travel 2.5 hours each way to be there. We’ve had so many compliments from guests and we can’t recommend her enough. She had everyone in tears as I walked down the aisle to Ave Maria, she learned a song that was special to my sister and I for the drinks reception, and even added a last minute song as a tribute to my nan who was sadly in hospital on the day.

Where do I begin with Emily! The absolute highlight of our wedding day. If there’s one thing everyone keeps talking about it’s the wedding breakfast and Emily. I came across Emily through her house renovations and when we heard her sing and saw she did wedding singing we had to book. A wedding singer was not part of our original plan (or budget) but I just had a feeling we needed Emily as part of our day and I'm so glad we did!

We booked Emily for the Ceremony and Reception and my only regret for the whole day is that we didn't book her for longer, as I (the bride) didn't really get to hear her sing as much as everyone else! She really is amazing and not only that but is such a genuinely lovely person and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does.

Emily was so lovely throughout the wedding planning journey and was always willing to help! She very kindly learnt a Hamilton song for me as a surprise for the groom as we both love it, and it was flawless of course!!

We don't live near Derby but are keeping an eye out for Emily's public gigs so that we can plan to go listen to her again!
