We had booked one DJ and one saxophonist from Event Music Planner for our May-Wedding in Italy. We're originally from Germany and didn't know any vendors in the area of our wedding location. Event Music Planner was a recommendation from our venue and we would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing party, atmospheric background music with top communication/responsiveness & professionalism!!!

The communication with Gabriel from Event Music Planner was always very easy, smooth and quick and we felt early on that he understood the atmosphere/vibe we were going for. During the wedding, he created an amazing ambiance, picked songs that were just right for the moment and really had an eye for when to put which song. The party after was fire, thanks to him! We had sent him a list of German and Arab songs in advance and he mixed and played them effortlessly despite not having known them before. Great value for money and we were 100% content! If we were ever to have a party in the area again, we would definitely ask Gabriel for music again.

From start to finish, Gabriel and Event Music Planner were an absolute dream to work with.
They were professional and tentative to our exact needs and requirements from the get go and really went above and beyond to ensure they understood us so they could put on the best show for us and our friends and family. Not only were Event Music Planner our band on the Wedding night a few weeks ago but they also organised the violinist to play during our church ceremony, the 3 piece acoustic band to play during our aperitif, the DJ to play after our band and then organising a sax and dj to play the day after Our wedding at the pool party. Every single musician and act were incredible and really tailored their style to our predominantly Irish audience. I couldn’t recommend them enough and our friends and family continue to talk about how amazing they were. Nobody left the dance floor all night which is a testament to Gabriel and his amazing band of musicians.

Gabriel and the whole band were exactly what we wanted foe our day! The singing was amazing (especially the lady singer) and Gabriel interacted with us and our guests and everyone was up dancing all night long! They really made our day, all our guests speak about the party and how good the band was! The service was perfect from start to finish, they were all so professional and a pleasure to have around on our wedding day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We had Gabriel and his team perform all the music at our wedding. Naomi and Gabriel were fantastic from the minute we reached out to receive a quote, up until the wedding. They were very professional, responsive and accommodating to all our requests (particularly for the classical string quartet to play pop music, a la Bridgerton). We would highly recommend them to any couple. 10/10.

Gabriel and his team were a huge part in making our wedding so amazing. Our guests rarely left the dance floor all night and Gabriel knew exactly the right music to play! Migliore notte della mia vita! We hired Gabriel and his team for our wedding in Rome and we could not have asked for better or more professional musicians. Gabriel was so easy to work with and had wonderful communication the entire time. It seemed like he speaks every language, and he really made our vision of music and atmosphere come true. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Five stars, will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know looking to host an event in Italy.

I would highly recommend Gabriel for any event. We used him for our three day wedding celebration and he didnt not disappoint. The communication throughout the whole experience was great between myself and Gabriel and even when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid nothing was too much trouble and everything was moved with ease.
All the guests commented on how great the entertainment was each day and I am so grateful I found Gabriel and chose to include him in our special day. Five star service
