Simon was the DJ for our wedding in August 2024.

From start to finish the music was brilliant, and the service highly professional.

A friend told me that they were going to leave at midnight, but everyone they went o go another banger would come on, they stayed u til the lights came on!

Hampshire Event DJs have been an amazing company to work with start to finish! Simon is brilliant at communicating and has been a breeze to work with! Stuart, our DJ who joined us the evening of the wedding came in smoothly and quietly - he was set up quickly and began playing some of our favourites! He worked alongside well with our wedding singer who was singing our first dance. Could not recommend these guys enough! Professional, efficient, friendly and our dance floor was never empty during the evening!

HEDJ were excellent from start to finish, they had taken a playlist of ours to get a read of our vibe and matched this perfectly to a soundtrack for the evening which covered everyone from our age range (30) to younger guests and our families (up to 70) and the whole room was dancing throughout. Dan was our DJ and was able to read the room and adapt when needed to keep everyone dancing. Communication in advance of the day was proactive and helpful. Thank you Dan and HEDJ for a great evening we won't forget!

Stuart was absolutely amazing on the night. Kept the dance floor going until the very end and the perfect mixture of our wedding playlist was played!

We had a custom mix for our first dance, created by Simon, and can honestly say it's our favourite version of the song now.

We had to have a last minute change of DJ due to health issues but we would never have known that the DJ had limited time to prepare! Firstly, the best party of my life and everyone who was there said how incredible the DJ was. Thank you so much Charlie! Not only was the music exactly what we were after, he was flexible with timings due to other vendors issues and was assertive with the venue as to what the contract said the final song time was!

Secondly, the communication from Simon prior and after was exceptional.

Hired Charlie for a wedding. He did an excellent job keeping the guests entertained, played music that fit the theme and was happy to take requests, including some more obscure ones that required a lot of searching. He did it all with a smile and was available whenever people needed to have a chat with him. Great job!

We had a substitute step in at the last minute but both our original choice and the DJ on the night were amazing and did an amazing job with our lesser known first dance choices. Played good music all night, highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! The music was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We asked for a bespoke father of the bride dance and Simon had a mix ready for us in a matter of hours. He also gave us some tips which meant the dance went down a storm!
The dance floor was full right up until the end- in fact some of the guests said their legs were aching the next day as they couldn’t tear themselves away from dancing!

We are so happy we chose Hampshire Event DJs for our wedding reception on Friday 7th April at Wasing Park. From the very beginning, Simon communicated with us in a welcoming and friendly manner and continued to check in with us in the lead up to the wedding. We were impressed by the technology used to generate our music tastes, we were able to select music we liked, disliked and then further categorise music we must have played and definitely would not want played, which was really useful. We also submitted a list of requests from our guests and guests were also able to request on the night too, not that it was needed! We had Charlie as our DJ for the night… he was absolutely lovely, super enthusiastic and everything we would have hoped for in a wedding DJ. The dance floor was full all night long and Charlie managed to play a great range of tunes which kept people from age 16- 78 dancing all night. We are so grateful to the Hampshire Event DJ team, they were fantastic from start to finish! Thank you so so much.
