What is included in the wedding package?
Hush are available with a range of options, fitting in to suit your wishes & providing music throughout! Trio, duo, full band, with or without DJ, playing your first dance, there's many possibilities!
How far in advance should I contact you?
We take bookings sometimes 2 years in advance, so the sooner you get in touch, the quicker we can guarantee your date. We are also sometimes available for last minute bookings too!

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Absolutely! We want to make YOUR day as SPECIAL as possible, so if you have a favourite song or would like us to play the first dance we'll find a way to make that happen
What's your experience?
We've been performing at functions as Hush for many years, and individually with other acts before that for decades now (yikes!) We pride ourselves on being professional musicians
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, at least one power socket and sufficient space to set up (varies depending on number of band members). A stage is not required but is a bonus, as long as the area is suitable and safe
Can you travel?
Yes, cumbria, Lake District, Cheshire, Lancashire, North Wales, Manchester, Liverpool, Yorkshire - anywhere else in the UK is also possible - chat with us!
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, there's usually no travel charge for most of Cumbria, Lancashire, Liverpool, Manchester and some parts of Cheshire and Yorkshire. Outside of those areas a nominal travel fee is negotiable
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
Alone
What is the length of time of the act?
Contact us to discuss details! We usually play 2 sets of between 45mins to 1 hr each, but are happy to do a single set, or 3x 30 minutes for example. Playing after midnight may incur additional costs
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
Our setup time is around an hour assuming good access to our performance space

We would need to discuss the specific details for your event and come to an agreement for extra time
What are the forms of payment?
We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal, credit or debit card. Payment in cryptocurrency such as bitcoin can be discussed!

Great Band!
Hush are a perfect band to have for your wedding. They have a big playlist of songs for every taste and welcome requests and audience participation! They provide fun props to get the party going. The dance floor was full from start to finish with their banging tunes. Great bunch of guys and they were only band we considered for our special day as we knew they would make our evening reception a great one.

Nobody wanted the party to stop!
Wow! After being swept of my feet by my new husband I thought all the surprises were over, but then came the evening and Hush Party Band - who swept me off my feet once again! My guests were pretty boring at first and not the partying types, but a few songs into Hush's set they were all up dancing and singing. I couldn't have asked for a better band (their drummer DJ was excellent too!) and what lovely lads they are. Very professional. Nobody wanted the night to end and we'll all remember it fondly. x

We danced all night!
Our band cancelled at the last minute and we were SO glad they did because Hush kindly stepped in and our wedding would not have been the same without them! A lovely bunch of lads, very professional but fun too. They had us on the dancefloor all night long, what a great set list with something for everyone. We're going to book them for our next big anniversary or birthday party too. Highly recommended.

Perfect wedding band!
Iv seen the band play a few times during the local music festivals, they have always given a fantastic performance but I didn’t know they did weddings. Went to a wedding last month where Hush were the band for the evening do. They were brilliant, ranging from classics to current music, everyone was up dancing. Professional all night and interactive with the guests it was such a beautiful atmosphere, I would defiantly recommend them to a friend.
