Honestly, he was so kind, amazing communication, offers great advice, and an INCREDIBLE singer!!
I booked Joe as a surprise for my sister’s wedding having her mention she had seen him on Instagram. It was the best decision I made. I sent him my list of songs, with 2 new ones for him to learn, and he executed them all to perfection. Those special touches he can offer really made an impact!
Joe set up his equipment without a fuss, very quickly too. He dressed smart for the occasion and allowed our guests to video/take pictures. These memories will last a lifetime, and I’m still smiling at how surprised my sister was on her wedding day. Thank you Joe for helping to keep this all a secret, we both did well!!

We had Joe at our wedding reception a couple of weeks ago, he was incredible! He had everyone on their feet dancing and singing along, and so many people came over to tell us what a great set Joe had done for us. We would highly recommend Joe for anyone throwing a party or wedding! Joe learnt new songs for us, including our first dance.. on top of an extensive selection of amazing songs he already had on his song list! His communication in the lead up was amazing and put us at ease. We won’t hesitate to use Joe again at any future events we plan! (In fact I’m trying to find an excuse to throw another party so we can!)

Wow what can I say! Joe was booked to sing at our drinks reception as a surprise by my family after we’d found him online and were amazed by his voice! Joe is incredibly talented and such a lovely guy! He learnt a couple of songs just for us and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

Joe was just amazing. He definitely lived up to expectation and more. He was easy to contact before our wedding. Joe really made us feel at ease before our big day.

The dance floor always had people on it, our guests absolutely loved Joes voice. Including the toddlers who got up and had a dance.

Joe is a talented performer with a wide range of great songs to choose from. Also, he gladly learned new ones even if it’s a in a different language to make your event feel more personalized. We had no worries when it came to our entertainment as Joe was super professional and knows his way around the venue’s equipments, sound limitations..etc. last but not least, Joe is super friendly and smily and made us feel at ease arranging things prior to during our event.

Joe performed beautifully, learning not 1 but 3 requested songs that weren't on his roster! It really was the icing and cherry on top of the cake, and really made the wedding feel like it belonged to us ❤️.
Joe has been super easy to work with, asking what kind of music or vibe we were after. Knowingly we have rather quirky rocky nerdy tastes we asked if he could play acoustic Tenacious D, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and David Bowie for the day.
To our delight our guests absolutely loved the performance and we're so quick to mention they recognised the music they grew up with. 😊
If you have a small, humble wedding, or want a solo musician for dramatic effect, I absolutely recommend Joe, as he alone added such an amazing atmosphere to what would have been a rather awkward silent (although still beautiful) garden wedding. 😊

We loved having Joe at our wedding during the ceremony and the drinks reception. He was such a delight and we found him during our venues open day. He managed to sing the songs we loved perfectly. Our guests loved him and so did we!

We hired Joe for a private 40th party which was delayed due to Covid, so none of us had heard live music for such a long time and he absolutely smashed it, to the point people were begging him to play “just one more song!”

His communication was always clear and he responded promptly to all queries I had. He was more than happy to find out what type of music we liked and also did a few special requests which were just perfect!

Joe was a brilliant choice and really made the party a memorable night, we would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We discovered Joe when searching for a singer for our wedding reception; he first stood out as we share the same last name – though we are absolutely not related! – then after watching some videos and checking Joe’s repertoire we knew he would be perfect so snapped him up for our date. And perfect he turned out to be! We had a really great initial call where we talked through our plans, then stayed in touch as the wedding approached. Joe was so easy and friendly to deal with, very responsive and went the extra mile by learning a few request songs for us. On the day his performance was outstanding and drew lots of compliments from our guests, and beyond that he was so flexible as we grappled with some unpredictable weather and very helpful using his mic to make announcements to our guests. Joe was very much part of our wedding family and we would not hesitate to recommend him for any events.

Joe garvey was a complete professional at our engagement party.He played all the songs we asked for with enthusiasm and high energy,just as we wanted and he was cheerful and really accomplished musically. He absolutely made our party!

Joe was such a professional- he communicated quickly and clearly before my 60th birthday party. He gave me a song list so i could give him some guidance on what songs/singers i liked. On the evening, Joe was prompt, polite and nicely dressed. He was excellent at engaging with my 50 guests and was great fun and an excellent singer. You won’t be disappointed if you hire Joe for your event.

Joe was amazing from beginning to end.
First off he is incredibly gifted musically, he sang amazingly and his music was quality from start to finish. He was super flexible with music he needed to play as well as moved to different locations within the venue during the change of weather. He did this willingly and just on his own accord and it was perfect. Would recommend him to any one for any event!
